I did not get any sleep last night. So I was already up for the sunrise so I went early for my walk. I did 8.6 miles around the lake.

On another fast today. Yesterday went well! Having a coffee with creamer and Splenda from Panera.

Did not check my weight yet. So that’s going great!

I’m going by my sis to play with the twins!

Thanks for the pictures! I always like seeing people's pictures, makes it all seem more real. You have a great lake to walk around!

Ended up eating dinner. Has octopus rice, Mac and cheese, and zucchini and roast pork. I also had a little cake. From my sis. Couldn’t say no.

Tomorrow I’m going to fast again.
 
So last night I finally slept. It was so early that I did not get to take my meds. Was watching tv when I fell asleep! But I slept great!!! Hopefully I sleep at a decent time tonight!!!

I had enough energy to go for my walk. Did 8.6 miles around the lake. Felt great since the weather is warming up. Can’t wait till it’s more warm! And the days are longer. St Croix the days are the same length every day.

Got my morning coffee from Panera. Then I went to stock up soda since there is a sale on them this week. So I’ll go the next several days and get more!!! I’m almost all out. Then I got my mom’s meds and a hair dye that I got 40% off. Then on my card I got 2 $5 off coupon!!! So I’ll get her 2 more hair dyed since they are less than $5.

My fast is going great today. It’s the afternoon and not hungry at all. I hope I can make it to bed time and still be able to fall asleep at a good time. At 10 pm.

Tonight before I go to bed I think I’ll do a Zumba video off of YouTube. And some abs, some modified push-up (can’t even do 1 regular push-up) and some stretching. Maybe!
 
I ended up doing 30 min of Zumba. And some abs. No push-ups. Maybe tomorrow.

Ate 2 eggs for dinner.
 
So this morning I did a 4.3 walk. Then I did 20 minutes of Zumba.

I’m fasting today too until dinner. Got my usual coffee.
 
I ended up eating 2 eggs for lunch. Dinner was shrimp and cauliflower and broccoli.

I got a new pair of jeans today. And they fit!!! A size 6 and it was still a little loose.

So even though I don’t see a low number on the scale on Thursday I’m happy where I’m at!!!
 
I ate another egg and half of canned tuna tonight. Going to try to go sleep soon. Watching tv.

Really want some hot cakes and syrup from McDonald’s but they are only serving them for breakfast now. Which is a good thing!

I don't know much about women's sizes but I believe a 6 is pretty slim isn't it?

An egg and tuna sound like a much better choice than anything I know of McDonald's serves. I used to eat a lot of McDonald's food, but have had none in the last year. I do miss some of the things I used to eat, but not McDonald's.
 
I can't imagine missing McDonald's either. I swore off going in there about 15 years ago.
A size 6 is tiny I think. I can't imagine being a size 6!
 
Well not so good with the eating yesterday so I’m not posting my gained weight.

I started at a size 12 so 6 is great for me. I’m not sure if it’s the store but I’ll take it.
 
So I’ve been overeating on food and snacking on junk. Hopefully today will be the last day. I plan on starting back my diet on Sunday or maybe Monday. I have to start back walking too. Maybe only do once around the lake depending on how I feel.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with my psychiatrist early. Then I’m going to spend the day with my brother. Probably bring him some breakfast.

What a lovely sister you are! :)
If you make it a super-healthy one and share it with him then you'll be getting a head-start on your return to non-junk food eating. Whatever, whatever, have a lovely day together!

Today I had lunch of chicken and potatoes. I also had one banana muffin. Dinner I had a lobster roll and some fries. Tomorrow Im having ribs. All at my sisters. Got to see the twins. Gave them some gifts. They enjoyed them.
