Went for a walk at Castle trail.

Had a coffee with creamer and Splenda from McDonald’s. Had a packet of cream of wheat for breakfast,

Not going anywhere today. Prob clean up.

Had 2 packets of cream of wheat with almond milk. And 2 donut holes. Dinner is steamed chicken and veggies. Also had some air popped popcorn.

I also had steak, salad, and fried mozzarella sticks. And 2 packets of oatmeal.

I would like to fast though. But my bro likes fast food so it’s a lot harder to do.
 
It would take three and a half days of water fasting (no calories at all) to lose a single kilo of fat. (Of course the scale would show way more but the rest would be water weight that would return as soon as you started eating normally again.) Not worth it in my book, but to each their own. Your brother may need to diversify his palate a bit if he's living with you for a while. You can't ruin your health for his sake and fast food is bad for more things than just your waistline.

Had 3 packets of cream of wheat, some wings, a cornbread, a little potato salad, and egg salad. Also had one beef pate. And some steamed veggies.ppp

Was snowing today so couldn’t go to the park. I think the rain after will clear it up tonight. So I’m thinking about getting up early and go tomorrow.

I have to take my bro to VA Brockton for his cat scan. Usually an hour drive but since I have to pass Boston to get there. I’ll leave earlier.

This afternoon I went to the jacuzzi. Then I swam for 15 min and jogged for 5.

Did not make it for the walk. Had to leave earlier because of an accident on the highway.

Going roller skating later today.

Had a coffee with creamer and Splenda from McDonald’s. Had an chicken and cheese empanada from Cumberland. Dinner was rotisserie chicken and Parisien bread. 3 tbs of cream of wheat with almond milk x

Did a 30 min dance video.

Breakfast was cream of wheat. Late lunch was cream of wheat. Also some rotisserie chicken breast and Parisian bread. Also Parisian bread and butter with coffee as a snack. Late night had a bowl of oatmeal. Hopefully that’s all and I’ll go to sleep. Nope.. an egg with sausage and red onion.

Planning on going for a walk at the gym. Than the jacuzzi and the pool.

Did an hour walk. Than the jacuzzi for 10. Then pool for 5.

Thanks, Llama! Yeah a great day. Love working out in the morning. Feel as if I do better for the rest of the day.

Tomorrow I’m going to an early Zumba class at my gym.
 
Going to Puerto Rico (1 wk) and st croix (3 wk) at the end of April!!! Taking my bro with me and my mom is meeting up in PR. When we leave PR, my bro mom and I will be going to STX. We’ll stay there for about 3 weeks. Flights all booked!!!
 
Went to an early Zumba class at my gym. Did 30 min. Had to leave because my sis called.

Came home and had some cream of wheat with almond milk and Splenda,

Went to the skating rink. Had a good time.

Skipped lunch and hopefully dinner. Came home and not hungry. For dinner I ate bowl of the cream of wheat. An egg with onions and a sausage patty. Then I had 2 donut holes, 2 cheese crackers with pb and a bite of rice crispy treat. And a glass of 2% milk.

Tomorrow we r getting together for lunch. Don’t know what yet.

Will go to the gym after my bro dispensary run.

Late breakfast was 2 slices of bacon sticks from lil Caesars. And a slice of pizza. Lunch by my sis. Had a shot of mamajuana. Lunch was bbq chicken, baked sweet and white potatoes, carrots, and salad. Healthier than usual.

Also had a piece of warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream. A sugar cookie. Dinner was a salad, spinach, baby leaf lettuce, avocado, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cabbage, and craisins.

Sounds good to me! I often don't see the things I should've edited until after I had post and sometimes I don't wanna do it after...

Had a whole pita with egg, onions, and avocado for breakfast,

Ended up going to roller skates. Then went to Bahamas breeze. Had 3 blacken mahi mahi tacos. and a pineapple coconut martini.
