136.6 lbs!!! Yay!!! Thought it was going to be more!

Nights are hard. Last night I had a hash brown that I made in air fryer. Then I had lentils and garbanzo beans too. I had that for lunch too. Fasted till lunch. Had 5 shrimp. Had some artichoke hearts for a snack. Dinner was 5 shrimp and pinto beans.

Went for a hike at Castle Trail. Listened to Time to Walk. Prince William and Robin Roberts. Competing this week with my sisters. Going to do some apple fitness videos. Did a 2 cardio dance. One 30 min Ben and 15 min of Jhon.

Doing my mom taxes. Should be finished tonight. And I have to clean up.

Yeah, a good day, Cate!

I closed all my rings and did 10k+ steps. I just hope that my increase in eating beans will result in weightloss tomorrow.

It was so cold this morning. Tomorrow I’ll dress warmer for my walk.

Today I went for a hike at Castle Trail. 20 degrees F and it supposed to be spring! I bundled up.

Breakfast was an egg with peppers, onions and some lentils. And a couple slices of tomato. Lunch was a piece of boneless chicken thigh. (I should have weighed it to be more accurate for the serving size.) And some cauliflower rice with asparagus and mushrooms. And some sautéed cabbage slaw. Dinner I’m going to try to skip the chicken and have shrimp and I have a lot of beans that I can eat if I’m hungry after lunch or dinner. I also have artichoke hearts. Had some garbanzo beans and slices of tomato.

Congrats!

I can't wait for asparagus season to start here as well. It's my favorite vegetable ever, even though it makes pee smell weird :Angel_anim:

Maybe beans really are the magical fruit ;)
I swear in their name! Cheap, filling, and take a longer time to chew than animal protein, so the body has time to notice "hey I'm being fed, cool". And can of course be combined with animal proteins if necessary for satiety.

I’m glad that I’m eating beans and it’s so filling. I resisted them before because I thought it was so fattening. Nice to know that I’m wrong about them.

And you are right that they are so cheap. Just started budgeting since my bro can’t help me out with the mortgage any longer.
 
I'm sorry about the mortgage situation :grouphug: Money stress sucks. I'm glad you have found that beans work out for you too. I get bloated from them, but it's a thousand times better to be a bit gassy than to have an actually big waist circumference!

Breakfast was a bacon, egg, and cheese from Panera. Lunch I’m just crunching on some veggies. Bought a tray. I also bought a pre made salad for later. Went back to the beans. Had some pinto beans.

I did my mom taxes. And the plan is making cleaning a priority this afternoon. I do have a bunch of other stuff I’m procrastinating from doing!

So after munching on veggies all this afternoon. I’m not even hungry for dinner. Had some beans after dinner.

Breakfast was a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. Iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Lunch was some beans and a salad. Snack was some s’mores bark crisp. Dinner was veal and a half of sweet potato. 2 slices of bread and 2 slices of cheese.

Lunch was serving of chicken thighs that was seasoned with Japanese flavors. In a butter lettuce.

I think this morning I was 136 something.

Breakfast was a breakfast sandwich from Panera with avocado. Then I had like 6 or so munchkins. Piece of carrot cake muffin. Lunch was wonton soup. I’m drinking sangria. Snacks were cheese, crackers, and pepperoni. Dinner was one small carne asada taco. But it was delicious. Having a hurricane right now. Was hungry so I had a chicken quesadilla late.

The waterpark is great. Not packed at all like Great Wolf was. The hot tub was nicely heated. Also went on a tube slide with my sis. Taking a break now at the hotel.

Cate, I’m surprised. Its not very hygienic with all the kids around. But I try to blank that out while I’m in there.

Maybe I’ll go back later tonite. Just don’t like the hassle of taking another shower after.
 
So after eating that huge chicken quesadilla late last night was not hungry this morning. Just had a hot tea. Went back to the water park. Stayed mostly at the waterfalls at the kids section.

Lunch was a lobster roll at Tuckaway Tavern at Raymond, NH. Had some smashed potatoes and some of the blue balls dessert. Was delicious!

I’m starting a fast now. I’m going to try till lunch tomorrow.

Went to the gym this morning. Walked 30 min. Sometimes at an incline. Feel good.

Last night I went to bed without eating. I woke up several times but I just stuck with it.

Today is my sis birthday. We r going for drinks and oysters in the afternoon. I have to go pick up some macaroons.

Ended up eating some chicken giblets.
