Is this just a checkup for your eyes, Vic? I had my right cataract removed on Tuesday & will hopefully have my left done early in April.
Well done on getting to 132.8 lbs. What is your goal? Please make sure you are getting adequate nutrition xo
 
Yep, just a yearly check on the back of the eyes. They had to dilate my eyes so I couldn’t drive,

My plan right now is to get to 125 lbs. I’m eating a lot of veggies now. But I do take supplements: multivitamin, magnesium, calcium and d and b12. So I should be good on nutrition. Actually going to have a salad with mostly cabbage rn.

I ordered 2 boxes of cookie dough from a donation from my nephews school. One little cookie is 140 cals. Just had a snickerdoodle. Not planning on eating anything else for the day. Drinking coffee with almond milk.

I did go to the gym. Walked on a15% incline for 10 min. Did a couple machines and then left. I have to do 10 modules for my mom. So it was on my mind.

For late dinner I had some cauliflower rice with airfryed haddock.

Today I’m going to try to save my calories for dinner. We will be having shrimp scampi with linguini. With salad. And Spanish cake with guava filling. And I want to eat and probably have some alcohol.

I ended up getting too hungry so I had a late breakfast. An egg, 2 pork sausage links, mushrooms and red onions. And coffee with almond milk.

On Sun I’m going with A to an indoor water park not to far from here. We will be leaving later that day too. We have an important appt to go to on Monday.

Had a snack. Baked one snickerdoodle cookie. Yum. And almond milk with skinny mocha syrup. Had a late lunch of a salad with cabbage and Cranraisins with sg poppyseed. Baby greens. Snack I had some Fritos (by my sis). I had a piece of Parisian bread with butter. Dinner was shrimp scampi and linguine and salad. It was my nephew birthday and so had Spanish cake with guava filing. And I had 1 and a half glass of moscato.

Breakfast was bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta bread with spinach and avocado. Only had one slice of bread. From Panera. Finished my moms module.

Lunch was baby lettuce, red and green cabbage and shredded carrots. And mushrooms and red onion, English cucumbers. And one boiled eggs with skinny girl poppyseed dressing.

Dinner was a salad with boiled egg and cheddar cheese. Invited by my sis. Ate some kinda jollof rice she made. With chicken thighs and salad.

Not dieting today.


About to go to Great wolf lodge with my sisters and their family. Indoor water park.

Yeah, there was not much for adults and it was packed. we r going to red jacket inn next month. I prefer it. Less expensive. Even though I’m not paying for it! My sis has an extra ticket and two beds in the inn. The water park for kids and adult is in one area. And the hot tub is huge. I might go on the slides this time.

Ate a lot of sweets yesterday. Back on my diet and working out. Warmer this week over here.

Slept in this morning. Bought groceries. A lot of veggies. Had collard greens with garlic for lunch.

My appt got rescheduled for tomorrow which works out for me. I have to research what I’m going to say.

Planning on going to the gym later. Cleaning before. Already did my kitchen.

Went to the gym and walked for an hour. No incline.

Had an after lunch snack of Greek yogurt. Dinner was 2 boiled eggs. And some asparagus. I also had some butternut squash. And a salad with cranraisins and sg dressing.

Today I had sausage and an egg. Had some Greek yogurt.

Went to the gym and walked for 22 min incline 15% and 8 min flat. Then I did 5 min on elliptical. Might do some apple fitness videos later this afternoon.

Did a 30 min dance video. And 10 min if another one and only 5 min of strength.

I skipped breakfast and lunch. I’m trying to stay busy.

Have an appt at the bank. Changing my HOA bank.

Dinner was some butternut squash, 2 slices of ham, a slice of cheese, and a boiled egg. Had some collard greens and a salad.

I will probably eat the same like yesterday. Skipping breakfast. Saving all my calories for Friday dinner. Since I always gain weight then. I want to maintain. So I’m using this new strategy. Hopefully it works.

Friday dinner is going to be shrimp and haddock tacos!!! One of my favorite meals.

Having a coffee with sf mocha and sf butterscotch toffee with almond milk and stevia.

I’m trying little by little to incorporate a lot of veggies into my diet. Last night I was hungry right before bed and so I had some collard greens. Going to try the same thing today.

Eating collard greens with garlic. Lunch is shrimp with butternut squash. Snack was a slice of cheese and a slice of chopped ham. I had some butternut squash for dinner. And shrimp with mayo.

Really want to lose some more weight.

I forgot this. About 10 pm I woke up and made a decision on either a boiled egg or a cheese slice with a ham slice. Chose the latter.

I skipped breakfast and now I’m skipping lunch.

And forgot my swimsuit to go in the hot tub. Weather here is nice today. The warmest it’s been since fall.

Went to the castle and walked for 30 min listening to Rebel Wilson.

Had a little Fritos and popcorn as a snack. Had half a chocolate dipped Madeline. Stopping myself from getting more.

For dinner I had 2 shrimp tacos with corn tortillas. For apps I had a couple of chips with salsa and a bite of guacamole. I had a glass of moscato and a slice of carrot cake and one spoon of icecream.
