My plan right now is to get to 125 lbs. I’m eating a lot of veggies now. But I do take supplements: multivitamin, magnesium, calcium and d and b12. So I should be good on nutrition. Actually going to have a salad with mostly cabbage rn.
I ordered 2 boxes of cookie dough from a donation from my nephews school. One little cookie is 140 cals. Just had a snickerdoodle. Not planning on eating anything else for the day. Drinking coffee with almond milk.
I did go to the gym. Walked on a15% incline for 10 min. Did a couple machines and then left. I have to do 10 modules for my mom. So it was on my mind.
For late dinner I had some cauliflower rice with airfryed haddock.
