134.6 lbs!!!
Today I’m planning on leaving the cleaner here by themselves. I’m going to hang out at Panera.
Ended up eating the entire breakfast sandwich which was steak, egg, avocado, spinach and cheese on ciabatta bread. Lunch was pastalons that my sis brought for me. Then because I was still hungry I had some ground turkey breast and 4 slices of bacon.
I’m actually craving a red velvet donut hole. But I don’t want to go get it. Had some walnuts, almond, dried cherries.. a 100 cal pack.
I’m now stuft. At 2pm. I hope I’m not going to eat dinner since I had all my cals for the day.
Ive been drinking my homemade coffees with skinny syrup. No sugar. No cals. Plenty of different flavor like caramel, mocha.
Did a 30 min cardio dance and a 5 out of 10 min hitt video.
Might do some more later.
