For a late lunch I had cod and zucchini and yellow squash. Early dinner was cauliflower rice with mixed veggies and ground chicken breast.

Went to the gym and walked for 30 min on a 15% incline and another 15 with no incline.

Today I’m planning on leaving the cleaner here by themselves. I’m going to hang out at Panera.

Ended up eating the entire breakfast sandwich which was steak, egg, avocado, spinach and cheese on ciabatta bread. Lunch was pastalons that my sis brought for me. Then because I was still hungry I had some ground turkey breast and 4 slices of bacon.

I’m actually craving a red velvet donut hole. But I don’t want to go get it. Had some walnuts, almond, dried cherries.. a 100 cal pack.

I’m now stuft. At 2pm. I hope I’m not going to eat dinner since I had all my cals for the day.

Ive been drinking my homemade coffees with skinny syrup. No sugar. No cals. Plenty of different flavor like caramel, mocha.

Did a 30 min cardio dance and a 5 out of 10 min hitt video.

Might do some more later.

At Bedford for my endocrinologist.

Not working out today.

Going by my sis for dinner-salmon and shrimp with potatoes. I think I’ll eat a little bit instead of bringing my own food.

Fasted till lunch. Lunch was cod fish and a little ground turkey breast. And 2 slices of bacon. It’s 130 pm and I’m stuft.

So last night I had salmon, roasted potatoes and salad with sg dressing. And about 2 tablespoons of vanilla icecream. Went to bed early.

Was up early. Did some errands. Went to Panera bread to have coffee and chill. But I messed up. I had an egg, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and spinach for breakfast. I ate the entire bread.

Planning on skipping lunch. Not doing anything today except watching tv.

Dinner was cod taco with the 45 cal low carb tortilla.

You didn't mess up: you just ate a little more than planned. It wasn't a binge, it wasn't super unhealthy crap. I think you did well.
 
Thanks, LaMa and Cate! Wasn’t much but I just wanted to get coffee. My plan.

Tomorrow I am going to church with my sisters and the kids.

I bought frozen haddock in addition to the cod.

Sis has stomach bug. So used that as an excuse to skip church. I went to the gym instead. Did 30 min on a 15% incline.

Did a 30 min cardio dance from apple fitness.

Breakfast was airfryed cod with a 45 cal tortilla. I also had a little zucchini and yellow squash airfyed. Went to Starbucks and got a venti passion tea lemonade with Splenda. Having airfryed Brussels sprout for lunch. Just had an iced protein shake with almond milk, toffee syrup and pralines and cream protein scoop. Just for sweet taste. For snacks I had 3 tortillas with pb. Then I had some cod with bbq sauce.

Went to the gym and just strength trained mostly upper body. Lunch I had an egg and a tortilla. I also had some cod with tortilla. Dinner I had some cod and haddock. Soon I’ll have Brussels sprout. And had a tortilla with pb.

I did a 20 min dance video and a 5 min core video.

Today for breakfast I had an egg scrambled with mushrooms and red onions. With some coffee with caramel syrup and stevia. And almond milk. I changed from Splenda.

Lunch I plan on eating cauliflower rice and the airfryed haddock. I made it yesterday.
 
Ended up eating a bowl of steel cut oatmeal late last night.

Ok so today I’m going to try to fast. An open ended fast. I usually quit by lunch. So hopefully today is different!

Well got an iced coffee black from Panera. Added in almond milk and stevia.

Planning on going to bed early tonight.

Slept great last night. Not hungry this morning.

Ate late breakfast of an egg and 2 pork sausage link. Had an early lunch of salad with dried cranberries.

I have an eye appt later and will be getting my eyes dilated. So my sis will be taking me.
