Yeah, I love it.

I went to the gym and did 78 min of walking at a 15% incline. Feeling good!

Got a rotisserie chicken and ate some white meat and a little dark meat with sautéed cabbage slaw and some mushrooms.

Had to remove the hand rails from my basement so my dryer can fit. Coming on Tuesday!
 
Yeah, I will have to put the handrail back on after I get my dryer on Tuesday.

For dinner I had the same as lunch.

Tomorrow I have to take my bro to Bedford for his meds. My mom is coming too. I plan on getting up early to go to the gym.

Snowed a little today.
 
Had 3.5 barras. Some Chana and curry pork, 3 shrimp, some tortilla chips, 3 small cupcakes, and 3 munchkins.

Went to the gym and walked on a 15% incline for 2 hours. I went later in the day. Tomorrow I plan on going to the gym without my iPad so I can do some strength training. Scared to leave it somewhere!

My dryer should be coming tomorrow even though I haven’t received a call from them yet.

Started a fast last night at 1030 pm. Had oatmeal and chicken and a little pasta and sauce
My dryer came in. Now I can dry whenever. Was disturbing the neighbors with the noise before.

That will be much better, Vic. Houses in the US are so different to houses here. My sister's house had 3 small stories with a basement. Ours seems big but is all on one level & would have a smaller floor size. We usually fence around our whole house whereas most houses I saw in the country in the US had no yards. My sister's laundry was in the basement & also another bathroom. I chose to sleep there as it was private & unusual, being able to see out onto the street at eye level.
 
Today I had to go and find a gingerbread muffin for my sis kids since I ate theirs yesterday!

Had a coffee from Panera. Almond milk and Splenda. Had half of a breakfast sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta. Shared one with my mom. Had half a carrot cake muffin and some tortilla chips. Had some taco steak meat and 2 shrimp. And still hungry. Hopefully will go away. Not planning on eating lunch.

Going out to Crave later. After my mom has her hair appointment later today.

Went to Grog last night for oysters. $1 each. Have this special everyday. had a drink and shared two plates and a dessert. Beef stroganoff and lobster rangoons and a molten chocolate cake a la mode. Delicious.

Today I have to fast until my medical appt. Im getting everything tested to see if I have a higher risk for strokes and other things. Booked it about a month ago. My mom too. I am really hungry and it’s only 930 am.
 
Thinking ahead where your health is concerned is rarely a bad thing. Now I want oysters but they're definitely more than a dollar each here.
 
Well my labs were really good. Except for borderline total cholesterol. Everything else was in excellent ranges.

Today we r getting together for salmon dinner. Breakfast was half a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta. Lunch was some rice and some beans and some cheerios.

Today I had an iced coffee with almond milk for breakfast. Lunch was at Ariana place. I had some rice, pork, oxtail and yucca. Beans. From a Dominican spot. Dinner was roast beef and slice of bread.
Afterwards, I had another slice of bread and some ham ends. With lettuce. I forgot I also had one beef pate.

I bought some groceries for the week. Just some 45 cal bread. And some deli meats.

I’m doing my laundry now. I plan on going to the gym tomorrow. Starting over again!

My mom and bro leave early Thursday morning!!!

B: one slice of 45 cal bread and a slice of deli roast beef

Before lunch: 2 slices of bread with roast beef and tamarind chutney and turkey breast with mango chutney. And a piece of ham.

After lunch: 2 teriyaki steak kabobs.

After dinner: I feel full still. Will eat later if I’m hungry.

Staying at home today. Watching shows and movies. I did half of my cleaning last night. Might finish tonite.

Tomorrow my sis wants to do lunch. So I’ll planning on eating less today. 4 more days! I’ll weigh on a Friday.

Went to the gym. Ran for 15 min and walked for 20 min. I did it in 5 min intervals. 5.0 mph. Slow.

Tomorrow my mom and bro hav their covid test so they can leave on Thursday morning.

Was busy yesterday. And fell asleep early.

Went to breakfast at the Airport Cafe. Had 2 slices of sourdough bread and 2 eggs with 2 mugs of coffee with creamer. Lunch my sis made fried rice and baked haddock. Dinner I am going to hibachi.

Went to the park with the kids.

The night before my stomach was cramping up during the night. In the morning I finally took Aleve and was able to fall asleep.

Today I’m watching the twins.
