Had 3.5 barras. Some Chana and curry pork, 3 shrimp, some tortilla chips, 3 small cupcakes, and 3 munchkins.
Went to the gym and walked on a 15% incline for 2 hours. I went later in the day. Tomorrow I plan on going to the gym without my iPad so I can do some strength training. Scared to leave it somewhere!
My dryer should be coming tomorrow even though I haven’t received a call from them yet.
