Yeah I slept great! My mom and bro leaves early tomorrow! I’ll come back and check my weight in the morning.

Nothing much going on today. Babysitting the twins. Sis should be home early. planning on going to playground and beach. Nice mild weather today. Probably eat dinner out. I’m not going to have a drink.
 
I love my family but after 10 days at the absolute most I'm quite happy to leave them again 🙈 I hope you'll be ok when they leave as well.
 
So happy! I’m finally by myself. Dropped them off early this morning.

CW: 136.0 lbs!!

Went back to bed for awhile then I went to the gym.I walked for an hour on 15% incline. Planning on doing some fitness videos tomorrow. It will be snowing and I can’t to the gym. About a foot of snow expected in my area.

I have to clean up. All my laundry needs to be put away.

Breakfast was an egg, some spicy pork sausage, and some asparagus. I am planning on eating veggies in all my meals.

After lunch: a slice of whole wheat bread and buffalo chicken slice and a big slice of tomato with mrs dash.

Snack: a slice of whole wheat and a tsp of pb. And a coffee with almond milk and Splenda.

Dinner: cauliflower risotto medley

Yay for peace and quiet and double yay for having more say in your food choices again! Adding more veggies sounds excellent.

Slept great! Woke up early.

Did a 30 min cardio dance workout on Apple fitness. Morning. And a core video but only 6 min out of 10. Did a 30 min cardio Zumba workout after lunch.

Skipping breakfast. Drinking coffee with almond milk.

Lunch: one slice of white toast with a slice of buffalo chicken with a big slice of a tomato. And a side of asparagus. And with Dijon mustard. It was delicious.

Drinking the last of my Diet Coke. I switched to a 2L. No more cans.

Early dinner: Cauliflower risotto medley with ground chicken. Made with Mrs. Dash. Added hot sauce.

After dinner: a slice of wheat bread and airfryer chicken breast cutlet. And another piece of chicken breast cutlet. With beets and asparagus.

So I should feel good to sleep tonight. Did take my meds.

Snowing all day today! I will have to dig my car out when it’s done.

Had my period this week. On estrogen pills so I’ll be regular. And now I know when my period will come!

I’m watching YouTube and it’s distracting me from eating. Watching Ecanto on Disney. I thought I watched it at Chunkys but I must have fallen asleep.

Tomorrow we r getting together for lunch: ground pork, rice and beans, plantain. Planning on skipping breakfast and just eat at my sis. Will not drink. I do plan on going to the gym in the morning. Then I have to go to Methuen for the Caribbean store for groceries. Since I can’t cook I have to pick it up.

This morning I went to the gym. Walked for 2 hours on a 15% incline. Went grocery shopping. Then went back. I did strength training. Then I walked for 40 min. Just to kill time.

Skipped breakfast.

lunch by my sis: I brought cauliflower risotto medley with me to eat instead of the white rice. Had beans with pumpkin and smoked pork. And eggplant and salad with sg poppyseed dressing. I had some beef and some brown pork. And a piece of avocado. And a small sliver of strawberry cake.

late dinner; cauliflower risotto and ground chicken breast, with white bread

after dinner: slice of last white bread and pb.

Tomorrow we r going to church in the morning. Then probably breakfast afterwards. Then maybe bowling. I’ll try to workout in the afternoon.

I never thought to use a mixture of cauliflower and rice for risotto and may need to try it. Not generally a fan of cauli "rice" but a mixture might work - and I basically gave up on mushroom risotto because of the lack of veggies so that could be a great combination.

Today I'm going to church at 9. Then we are going to bowling. Bringing a sandwich to eat for lunch instead of partaking in the pizza and fried food that they sell.

Breakfast: Skipping. Drinking an iced cinnamon coffee with almond milk from Heavenly.

Probably go to the gym later.
 
Yeah, I ended up eating my sandwich at lunch. But then had a slice of chicken flatbread that my sis ordered for apps. Ordered a Diet Pepsi instead of alcohol. Had a bite of steak tips and just a bite of French cruller.

We went to church and then bowling and then to Portside in Newburyport.

Dinner: About to have cauliflower risotto medley, green beans, beets, and ground chicken

After dinner: cauliflower risotto medley, green beans, and beets with airfryer chicken breast cutlet.

Snacks after dinner: 3 slices of whole wheat bread one with pb and butter and ground chicken breast. And another slice with ground chicken. (45 cals for a slice of bread). I was just hungry. I get so during the nights so I’ve been trying to save cals for night eating.

I love seeing veggies in there, Vic. You are also being very sociable even though your Mum & brother have left. You & your sis seem to have a very good relationship.
 
Yeah, I’ve been including more veggies in my meals. My sisters love to get together. At meal times. They love to cook. And always I’m invited.

I‘m cleaning right now. The cleaners are coming tomorrow afternoon so I have to organize everything. I probably will cancel their services after this one. I can manage by myself.

Did not exercise today. Planning on going to the gym early tomorrow. Hopefully my sis will join me.

Had a bacon egg over easy and cheese on ciabatta (ate all the bread!) from Panera and an iced coffee with almond milk. And got another iced coffee from Heavenly.

For lunch had some eggplant, beef, and cauliflower rice medley (my sis brought me the leftovers). Well now I’m stuft. Having ground turkey and cauliflower rice with green beans, carrots, and corn. For dinner. Tried to fast. Maybe I’ll skip breakfast tomorrow. Had after dinner meal of air fryer turkey cutlet and a slice of bread.

Cleaners now coming on Thursday morning.

Did a 30 min cardio dance. Not feeling to go to the gym.

I have my hair appt tomorrow. I’m dyeing it very black.

Are the iced coffees just chilled black coffee? I don't drink coffee but apparently some of the takeaway coffees can be calorie bombs.

Had an egg for breakfast. Lunch was stir fry cauliflower rice with an egg and air fryed turkey breast.

Dinner was cauliflower rice and turkey breast.

Went to the gym and walked for 60 min on a 15% incline. Will probably go after my hair appointment.

Just going to eat less with more veggies and more exercise at home or at the gym. I’m free from all temptations and a junk filled fridge. And now I have a lot of time on my hands so I can go anytime to the gym!

Today for breakfast I had an egg and bacon on a half of an English muffin.

Waiting for my passport appt. Then I have a handyman coming to put my railing back on the basement stairs. And I’ll also have him put up some pics in my living room.
