Thanks, Cate! Had a great time. Today we r dropping off J in Boston. My sisters will be getting roti while we r there. But I’m not eating any today.

Skipped breakfast.

Lunch: yellow squash and zucchini. shrimp. a half slice of lemon cake. Early Dinner: slice of cheese pizza and 2 colossal shrimp. Had a salad.
After dinner: Then I had some zucchini and yellow squash. Had a slice of cheese and ham late. And 2 mugs of cold almond milk with sf salted caramel. And an airfryed egg. I’m sleepy so I’m going to bed.

Tomorow we r having corned beef with cabbage, rice and beans, and salad that I’ll make.

Today I’m skipping breakfast.

Three days and I’m off my diet.

Had a bunch of junk. By my sis! 3 Madeline’s, Cheetos, Fritos, and one wingette. Waiting for lunch. I’m hungry! Had corned beef and potatoes, rice and beans with salad. Came home with leftovers.

I am only 5’4”. Trying for 125 lbs for now.

135. 4 lbs

Went for a walk at Castle trail. Went up the hill. Listening to Time to Walk. About 35 min, I think.

Had a salad with red onions, spring mix, carrots, bell peppers, with cranraisins and sg poppy seed dressing. Had some collard greens and shrimp.

Went for another walk at Castle trail. 45 min.

Going to have some asparagus, collard greens, and shrimp for dinner.

Yeah, I love walking. The snow has melted so it’s nice to go outside. It’s still cold, though. But I don’t mind.

I just started a fast. Began at 5 pm. I have a dentist appt tomorrow morning. So I’ll probably eat when I get back home. Then I’ll go for a walk in the afternoon. I do have a bank appt at 330 pm. So I can probably go after that.

At Bedford rn. For my dental exam. Going to Peabody after so I can cancel an account. Chase Bank.

One of my teeth needs to be watched. Other than that everything else was okay.

Successfully I added F to account.

Was extremely hungry today. And ended up eating a warm 5 oz lobster roll. They put the butter on the side. And just had a couple of bites of the roll. And I got it with fries.

Tomorrow I plan on going to chipotle probably before my 230 appt at Bedford. Have to talk to my psychiatrist about my caregiver (my sis). VA is dropping her soon.

Today was a bad eating day. Breakfast was a bacon, egg, and mozzarella cheese with spinach on ciabatta. With coffee with half and half. lunch was a slice of avocado toast. Then I had an Oreos vanilla cookie pack and some corn chips. Dinner was a tortilla with chicken. And hopefully that’s my whole day.

I am planning to not eat anything else till dinner tomorrow for Boston restaurant week. Going to black and blue. Probably going to get the crab soup, salmon, and cheesecake.

I’m actually am stuffed right now. And it’s just 5 pm.

So I’m not going to weigh in until Monday.

Today I went for an iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Ended up eating lunch one corn tortilla with chicken. I’m am trying to wait for the hunger to subside.

Got the steak was a little salty, she crab soup was delicious and the cheesecake was good too. At Black and Blue. Boston restaurant week. And had 2 cocktails.

Tomorrow my sis is taking the twins into Boston to go to Museum of Science and ride the train to Faneuil Hall. Their first time on a train. I’m tagging along so that should be fun.

It's funny how enthusiastic many kids get about trains. I hate it when my stomach keeps telling me I'm hungry right after a meal though! Getting up and moving a bit sometimes helps.
 
We had a great time,

Had half a bagel with cream cheese. Lunch was bbq chicken breast with some fries. Then i did have some snacks by my sis. Had 2 shots. A little wine. Then for dinner I had 2 tacos- one chicken and one salmon. Had sour cream, lettuce, cabbage, mushrooms, mango salsa, pico de gallo. Pickled red onions. Then dessert had a piece of different kind of cakes and a spoon of black cherry ice cream.

Tomorrow the plan is go for a hike, then breakfast Dominican. Then i got invited to a tea party.
 
A Dominican breakfast is mangoo (which is cooked green plantain mashed up with pickled red onions), salami, fried cheese, fried egg, avocado. I think that’s it. My sister husband family is from Dominican Republic. So they make this breakfast usually.

So that’s what I had for breakfast. Pretty rich. We r about to go for a hike. Then I’ll come home and get ready for the tea. Found a green and black dress. And a blazer and will wear my black knee high boots!

Had a great time at Tea. Had a cocktail made with tea. Then had one type of black tea. Had a 2 tier of mini sandwiches and a scone with cream apple butter. Had egg salad in a croissant, cucumbers with tuna, apple with onion jam grilled cheeses. And something else. Now I’m stuft. Should be able to go to sleep without eating anything else!

Tomorrow we r going to a farm in the morning and probably have lunch after.
 
Don’t want to check my weight tomorrow. Oh well!

Today we went to Charmington Farms. Had 2 munchkins. Red velvet and blueberry with some Jamaican me crazy with cashew milk and Splenda. At the farm had a hot cocoa and one small pancake with maple syrup. Then after the farm animals we went to lunch at a bbq place. I had a mcwopper burger and a painkiller and half of another cocktail. Dinner was half a can of progressive soup. After dinner I had a little lentils.

At home now and I am tired. I hope I sleep good tonite.
