Nutrition trackers like myfitnesspal or cronometer can be really helpful if you want to keep an eye on your macros. If the restaurants you eat at are part of larger chains you can often even find the official stats for the dishes you order.

Ended up eating the rest of my steak last night. And I had chick peas pasta.

Today I’m just eating veggies, if I can. If I must I have shrimp I can easily cook.

Breakfast was eggplant and green beans. Lunch was chickpea pasta with light mayo.

Dinner I’m thinking of breaking my diet and have some shrimp. It’s only 130 pm and I’m hungry. Well I ended up going to DD for an avocado toast and an iced coffee.

136. Something!

Today went to airfield cafe with all the kids and my sis. Had a pancake and one egg, one sausage patty, home fries and sourdough toast.

Lunch I had a piece of pepperoni and sausage pizza. Had some Cheetos. And some big green grapes.

Tonight our dinner is shrimp and haddock tacos.

Yeah, the cafe is next to a small airfield. Just small planes going and coming. We like it there because we can sit outside in the good weather and the kids can run around.
 
So ended up drinking an entire bottle of mango moscato.

Today I went to Starbucks. I got a passion tea lemonade. Had a ham egg and cheese on an English muffin from McDonald’s for only $1. It’s on their app. Got an iced coffee for $1. Went back and got 2 coffees for $2. All coffees with cream and Splenda. Got another 2 coffees from McDonald’s. Dinner I had three low carb tortilla with 3 laughing cow cheese.

I cleaned my downstairs. Have to clean upstairs and put away my laundry. Maybe tomorrow.

This morning I’m up early and got a lot done. Peeled and cut up the sweet potatoes to put it in the oven in a couple of hours. I made a big salad for our Easter lunch. Not eating till then.

Breakfast was a ham, egg, and cheese McMuffin and 2 hot coffees with creamer and Splenda. Lunch was shrimp tacos. Dinner was a salad.

Went to Riverside park to hang out with kids.

Had an avocado toast and coffee with creamer and Splenda from DDs. Lunch was some beef and drunken noodles. I also had a mai tai.

Went to Cowabunga in Manchester with my sis and her kid and the twins. It was fun for the kids. A lot of inflatables to climb, jump, and slide around in. Ended up in a Thai restaurant in downtown M.

Colored and cut my hair today.

Breakfast was bacon, egg, and cheese on half a ciabatta bread. Panera Bread. Coffee with creamer and Splenda. McDonalds.

Late lunch with brown rice and a boiled egg. 1 longastan tacos. With 2 45 cal low carb tortilla. Trader Joe’s. And a laughing cow cheese.

With the exercise. Felt lazy this week. So nothing. Planning on starting back on Sunday!

Breakfast was sausage, egg, and cheese on ciabatta. Panera.

Skipped lunch. Dinner will be by my sis. Takeout.

I went to the grocery store and bought bacon, eggs, cheese and ciabatta bread. Market Basket and Shaws. So instead of spending $8. I got everything for $15!!!

Had breakfast. By my sis. Lunch was some broccoli. Dinner was 2 bacon, 2 Swiss cheese and an egg.

Went to the gym and just strength trained upper and lower. Then I walked the Castle Trail. I think I’ll do some fitness videos later. Having done them in awhile.

Making the pernil right now. Been in like 2 hours. I hope it’s just another hour.

Going to Chunkys to watch a kids movie at noon. I might get a mai tai. And I don’t think I’ll get something to eat. Since dinner will be big.

I ended up having a rum forest rum and some popcorn. Dinner my sis gave me some rice and beans with veggie and vegetables.

My upper body is sore. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow morning. Feels good.

Today I started my day with a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta bread. Panera. With a Diet Pepsi. Lunch I had 2 ham sandwiches. Going to have a salad for a snack and another one for dinner.

The ham was 80 cals, bread was 180 cal. Butter lettuce, tomato and red onions. A little light mayo. Had a coffee at home with almond milk.

Had another 45 cal slice of whole grain bread with lite mayo. I hope I can sleep tonite without waking up.

Sounds good to me too. I do miss "real" bread, especially in a fresh sandwich, but it's not worth the stomach ache for me. You're doing well eating less sweet stuff at the moment, Vic :)
