3 days of the same weight isn't so long. Rememnre, if you are still eating right and exercising, you are probably STILL losing fat, even though the scale is not moving. Those fat cells are just full of water waiting to be squeezed out and surprise you with a loss! Drink lots of water, and get plenty of horizontal time. Stay on track and don't let the scale discourage you. That plateau is just giving your cells time to catch up with your fat loss!
