I agree, If I eat eggs in the AM and then try to have extra protien at lunch or as a snack (like part skim string cheese, or all natural peanut butter on celery) I do better then If I had cereal and toast at breakfast and low fat crackers at snack. OKAY, OKAY...I have been bad about this lately and I have noticed a difference...you have officially kicked my rear into gear..THANKS
