Howdy TX!! Hope your having a good weekend! good job on honest ticker posting. I had to do it too when I gained the holiday weight but the nice thing is the quicker it goes on the quicker it comes off. Down to 199 in no time!!! :D
 
Hey girl. just wanted to pop in and check on ya. it is the weekend after all and those ice cream buffets are everywhere lol....

We've got plenty of icecream in this house to cause enough problems! LOL. Actually, with the low cal Skinny Cows in the freezer, it's not to hard to avoid the full fat icecream.

I made baked spaghetti for supper last night. I had some of that for breakfast. I got busy playing with cameras at the store and forgot about lunch. And for supper I'm making pork chops, salad, corn on the cob, and 1 slice of cheese bread.

Thanks for all the encouragement, y'all. It means a lot.
 
Their baked, marinated and cooked in a white wine, paprika, carroway, garlic, sour cream sauce. It kinda makes a gravy at the end. Very yummy. And very easy. I can't cook to save my life, but they're extremely easy, and taste like you worked very hard on them. And only 260 calories for the chop and gravy.

Ok, decided against the salad, had an orange for dessert instead.

I guess today was an ok day. Not as good as it could have been, but I did lots of walking, so I guess it's good that I got at least a little exercise in.
 
You did fine! That "recipe" you just wrote about made my mouth water! mmmm!
 
If you want the recipe, I'll send it to you! Actually, I got it off RecipeZaar, it's called Saucy Pork Chops.

Let's see. Today:

1 Blueberry muffin and 1 naval orange for breakfast.
1 serving Campbell's "Soup at Hand" Chicken and mini noodles, law cal/sugar free pudding, and 100 cal pack of Ritz crackers for lunch.
Baked spaghetti ( a little more than 1 serving, so I counted it as 1.5) and a Diet Dr. Pepper for supper so far.

Went to the gym after work. 15 mintues on the eliptical and 15 minutes on the bike, along with weight training.
 
Did someone say skinny cow? Oh my god those are soo good!! *dies*

Oh yeah... Hi Turtle Girl!! Those pork chops sound delicious!

Hey, y'all.

Today has been ok. Very tired. And a little discouraged, and I don't know why. Oh well.

So far:
Breakfast - English muffin, slice of Canadian bacon, and one slice of cheese
Lunch - Smart Ones Roast Turkey medallions and mashed potatoes, low cal/fat free pudding, and a kiwi
Supper - looks like a salisbury steak and mashed potatoes, salad with light ranch.

Didn't go to the gym today - but will tomorrow.

not too bad..... those steaks are normally loaded with salt so plenty of water..............
 
One last update before I get my butt to bed.

I had some scrub pants that I tried on a few weeks ago (around Christmas) that were still too snug to wear comfortably to work. I could get them on, and they didn't look bad, as long as I didn't sit down. When I sat, I felt like I needed to untie them. Well, today I tried them on, just to see what happened, and I think I'm gonna wear them to work in the morning!

Total calories for the day was 1398 (goal 1310-1660). So I think I've done pretty well.
