Wow that's a lot of water! :eek: Sorry I didn't get around to doing the conversion for you myself. Was a little busier tonight that I expected to be.

"Breakfast" was a Hormel Roast Beef and Gravy with Mashed Potatoes meal and a banana. 323 calories.

25 oz of water since midnight. Working on another 25 oz bottle.

Wow, you are nearly at 200 lbs! (Me too, hehe). You have been losing weight at a great rate. :D Congratulations. :D It must be extra hard to do with the awkward hours you work.

Striptease cardio eh? That sounds interesting.

I drink a heap of water. That's not hard to do here, where it's hot. However I work as a relief teacher, and rest stops can be hard to come by. :eek: I'm not sure about how I'll go once school goes back in February!! :confused: Better put some pelvic floor exercises into my preparations!

Anyhow it looks like you're doing really well. Good on you. :)
 
Yeah, when it's summer here and 117F I have no problem with the water either.

Today, well, I don't know. Had breakfast at work, roat beef and mashed potatoes, banana, low cal, sugar/fat free pudding. Missed lunch - slept through it. When I woke up, I ended up eating half a frozen pizza. Half!! Ugh. I'm still within my calorie range (just barely, I'm still on the low side) but I had been doing so well with portion control! Just pisses me off. Oh well.

I'll be going to work in a little bit and doing it all over again.

Ok, I went ahead and updated the ticker. Whether I like it or not, those pounds were there when I stepped on the scale yesterday morning. I know what caused them, I know that by next week they'll be gone, but for now they're there, and I need to be honest with myself, right? *sigh*
 
Hey little texas.... well your little compared to me:) you did the right thing, just be honest with yourself it will help out in the long run. Eat something you weren't supposed to just write it down and sometimes you will see a pattern and then you can work on it.......
 
Actually, it wasn't even anything I could control! It was all that nasty Mother Nature's fault. Stupid bloating and water retention once a month. Aargh.

And thanks for the lift, HB! I'll take being called "little" anytime! LOL.

Not only do i bloat with "mother nature's lil gift" but my legs swell. I can gain anywhere from 2 - 8 pounds in fluid. It SUCKS...lol
But good for you for being honest!

LOL yea, I know what you mean. Try mixing your monthly mother nature swelling and 6-1/2 hours of Christmas shopping!!! LOL That was not fun and I gained about 9 pounds in a day! It looked awful too! You can bet that will come off though so that's the good thing about it! Congrats on your weight loss so far!! You are doing great! Have a great weekend!
