Yeah, when it's summer here and 117F I have no problem with the water either.
Today, well, I don't know. Had breakfast at work, roat beef and mashed potatoes, banana, low cal, sugar/fat free pudding. Missed lunch - slept through it. When I woke up, I ended up eating half a frozen pizza. Half!! Ugh. I'm still within my calorie range (just barely, I'm still on the low side) but I had been doing so well with portion control! Just pisses me off. Oh well.
I'll be going to work in a little bit and doing it all over again.
