Yesturdays Menu

Okay sooo...Sparks People is giving me attitude so here is my menu for yesturday....my grand total of calories was 1410...i can go up to 1550...

Breakfast

2 pieces of Squirelly Bread...it is only 100 cals per slice...damn and it is so good and filling...with peanut butter...of course *winks*

Lunch was Lyoner sausage...7 slices (sandwich meat) is a serving
half a red pepper

snack was a plum

second snack was the rest of the red pepper after my work out

third snack was a banana on the way home from picking up my youngest

Dinner was raviolo...OMG...I thought I died and gone to heaven...my cals were really low so I thought what the hell I cna have this and I did!!!

One last snack of the day was 3.5...4 cups of popcorn...
 
Hmm? I can't remember the last time I had ravioli....but then again, I can't remember a lot of things. :p :p

Ok not doing so great emotionally...Im at the point were I amnot worried abt sabotaging myself by eating, however Im just not doing so great...so I deal by shutting down...been kinda doing that this weekend...I just loose interest ing things...I will continue to stay here and work on my challeneges and exercise adn loose weight but I might just take a side seat to posting and such...we will see as time goes on here...I just wanna thank ppl for visiting and for there support...

Hmmm not bad at all...u stayed within cal! Oh oho oh......u got Billy Blanks too! YAY ^5! but i hvn't touched my dvd for long time. hahaha. My body tend to freak out whenever his voice comes on....heh.:p

I just wanted to stop and say hi! I actually say a post you did in someone's diary about Tae Bo. I am wondering how that work out is for you. Sometimes I can't get to the gym or I like doing little quick workouts here and there and I say you wrote something about an 8min workout. Did I read that right? If so I would love to try it but I tend to be a little sceptical about purchasing new things.

Drank my water and went to Curves...Mental note on exercise for the week...45 min walk on Saturday...45 min walk on Monday...30 min Boot Camp video...30 mins Curves today...total of 150 so far...gotta get moving more...LOL...My youngest was asking to do Tae Bo today but I told her no tomorrow...LOL...my exercise lil cheer leader...

Thanx for droppin in, do you have a diary, I got bored after the 6th page, maybe ya dont, or maybe Im blind or maybe Im tired, LOL...anyway yeah Tae Bo is great...I did the basics forever religiously almost everyday...It is a great work out, I love it...intense but good...he also has teh advanced work out and the 8 minute work out...The 8 minute one is great...intense fast paced but really good...I believe it is called the 8 minute work out it is Tae Bo...It makes me all sweaty and outta breathe not bad for 8 minutes plus I am an active Tae Bo user...I stopped when I became pregnant with my second was super sick and just had no more energy...I also just bought Billy Blanks Boot Camp and it is something else...LOL...I did it yesturday first time and wow it is a different kind of intense...it wasnt easy but I enjoyed it, it is less areobic and more strength training...Anyway I think any Billy Blanks or Tae Bo tape is definately worth picking up...once you get the moves down it isnt that bad plus when doing it in your own space, no one can see how you are or arent doing the moves...LOL...Plus I find it very adictive
 
Hey TLA - don't worry about getting to diaries, they will still be here when you're feeling more motivated.

Take the time to concentrate on you and what you need and go from there.

I understand about finding the diaries. Mine is Got 2 Win!! I was thinking about trying some tae bo for and extra jolt here and there cause I am worried about my body getting used to running. I keep increasing my spead though so hopefully that will help keep things going!!

you can take a break from posting - just pop in and let us know how you're doing.. it can be a lot of effort to keep track of everyone's diaries.. but i'll tell yo a secret.. you don't have to read everything.. just read what interests you.. :D
