Last night and today have not been good with food, I have had my father-inlaw visiting from New Zealand who we havn't seen for 10 years.
Last Night meal: Chinese meal banquet style including duck, calamari, beef, boiled rice, 1 glass of wine. ate less than normal but still ate too much
Today
Breakfast: 1 can of tuna
Snack: Energy Drink
Lunch: Chicken Burger (skin free chicken, avacado, letuce, tomato,beetroot, grated carrot, hot chilli sauce) 1 can of coke.
Snack: Energy Drink
Dinner: Stir fry beef, 1 glass of a very good New Zealand red rine.
