Todays food and exercize as of sunday 11th 2005 9:30 pm

water: ok
a couple of bites of hot fresh cooked pudding (I had to taste it)
4 cherries
1 piece of steak and some mushroom
30 minutes bike

have to get to the gym early tomorrow (5:30 am) before hubby goes to work now that the kids are on school holidays.
 
Hope for a good week this week

so far today

out of bed at 4:30 am

5:30 am
10 minutes bike
1 hour weights (hack squats, straight leg deadlifts and squat rows all up by 5 kg.)

still need more weigh on all three, hope to increase weight on tricep pushdowns on wednesday.

7:00 am kick hubby out of bed ready for work

7:30 time now for breakfast before the kids wake up
 
I may enjoy the movie more now; my kids came home saying it was the best one yet. Now I will watch it with out to much expectation and may actually enjoy it. The last Harry potter movie annoyed me. My kids and I love fishing but my hubby doesn’t like it so we go just down the road to go fishing, we have caught some excellent brim. We are having Christmas at our house this year so im doing the cooking …be afraid be very afraid lol I have to taste test, Will not help the diet any at all. We will be just taking the kids around here to the theme park (dream world) may be I can con brad into finding a good walking trail and do that . Just things around the coast. I no we are going to take the Ute for a drive up your way to give it a good run. A friend of mine dose toastmasters on the coast here and she loves it. Have a good day mate.
 
Ok todays lunch wasn't good but at least the calories were not too bad

Lunch: Meat Lovers mini pizza (230 calories)

trying not to snack now untill the party tonight.

pudding is similar to cake made with brandy and mixed fruit but they are steamed rather than baked and are usually served with custard.

Went to my toastmasters party last night, ate tooooo much but did try to make good choices on the main meal and smaller portions for dessert. there was a great variety of salads and the steak was good quality lean meat. dessert was yummy, i had something that was called turkish cream, very yummy but kept myself to a small portion. Tonight I go through it all again at my husbands lodge chrismas party :eek:

one of the club members gave out fun novelty xmas pressies based on hobbies and speeches give through the year. I was given a skipping rope which will be good, i can add skipping to my exercize :)
 
Yesterday was ok foodwise including the food eaten at my hubbys lodge christmas party.

we had a storm last night while we were out and a tree fell down across our driveway, hopefully i will get it cleared later today.

This morning i had a good workout

increased my hack squats up to 60kg and squat rows to 59kg hope to increase straight leg deadlifts tomorrow.
 
Hello Trusylver! Sounds like you've been doing good at the exercising and eating decisions. Keep up the great work. All that talk about pudding made me hungry. haha

Congratulations on all your weight loss. You're doing amazing. I'm back from a 4 day weekend of nothing but relaxing and stuff. I look forward to seeing how we do in the weeks to come.
 
Another good workout at the gym this morning. I don't feel hungry but will have to force myself to have some breakfast.

Done some skipping yesterday but the rope was too short so managed only 10 minutes

i have got to go into town today to do some shopping and to post Aprils card. it is a bit overcast so i hope it won't get too hot to do my cleaning.
 
WOW you are fully comitted to the gym!I was right into it until I hurt my knee jogging on the treadmill!I liked the weights too,had started to increase them too on my program.But after my knee,then I went to pick up my daughter from the creche,she was crying,I asked the lady what was wrong.She was just leaning up against the wall shrugging her shoulders!It was the worst creche I have ever seen,it was the size of my bathroom.When you get a lot of babies in prams plus 10 or 15 toddlers crammed in there,it was ridiculous!I left that gym and went back to the community centre,they do aerobics classes.Pump class aswell which is with a bar/weights.But they have no weights room or cardio room/treadmills etc.
But I am much happier that my kids are ok in the creche,its huge with fenced outdoor area for them to ride bikes!
When they are both in kindy/school it will make life much easier then!BYE!!!:D
 
Magenta my kids all go to school so i normally go to the gym after i drop them off, because i work from home i can be flexible.

During this first part of the holidays i have been going to the gym before the kids wake up at 5:30 am and before hubby goes to work, at least untill hubbys holidays start.

an early morning gym session might be an option to help you get to the gym while not worying about the kids.

Lunch: 1 kabab (chicken, homus, tabouli, letuce, cheese, tomato, lebenese bread, chilli sauce) calories ???

water has been good so far today.

I would go early but my husband starts at 4am every morning,sometimes he doesnt finish til 9 or 10 at night.My 2yr old will be 3 in february,then four year after and starting kindy!
Til then its at the community center!:)
 
Good job juggling the kids and the exercise. I don't know how you moms do it. I can barely take care of myself. Keep up the great work girlfriend! You're amazing.
 
last night has stir fry beef and veg for supper.

I am a bit sore this morning from 2 gym days in a row, which is a good sign for muscle growth :D :D :D

Time to go and find something to eat for brekky before going and doing some food shopping.

Breakfast: Tuna 144 calories 32 grams protein

Snack: Cherries

Lunch: Grapes and 1 small pancake (cooked pancakes for the kids lunch)
