Rosered the movie is well worth the effort to take the kids to, mine wanted to watch it again when it finished.

I have strained a muscle in my lower back while doing my straight leg deadlifts  OW OW OW it hurts, so now after aplying ice I am sitting here very miserable and in pain.

No more exercize for me untill I recover :( everybody else in the house is eating ice cream an i am having an awfull time resisting it. :(

Today has got to get better from here :( :(

OWWWWW Take it easy girl, get hubby to give you a massage.Have a hot bath with epsom salts, that will loosen you up heaps!;)

I hope today feels much better for you mentally and emotionally. Hope your poor little back is feeling looser with less pain today too! (The hot bath, epsom salts, and massage is good advice! You can also stretch and use BenGay or something similar in between soaks. You'll get that thing healed in no time with your time and attention to it.)

Barbie

it is 3am and can't sleep and have logged in to take my mind off the pain.

Thanks ladies for the support, I have been using R.I.C.E which is the recommended treatment for this type of injury but it is a bad one and I think i need to get to a doctor, My GP is on holidays untill the 28th of Jan so monday (it's Saturday now)I may need to look for a doc that can fit me in.

my food for the rest of yesterday was awfull including 3 icecreams  but at least my water was ok.

I'm sorry you are so miserable! I do hope you can find a doctor to fit you in, if nothing else just to prescribe a muscle relaxant or something for you.. best of luck!!

I can't get in to see a doctor but the pain is a little less but still very painfull.
