Oh, I love not being on Midnight shift again. My weight hasn't dropped yet, so I think that tomorrow I'm actually going to report a gain, but I'm still not worried.
The party went really well. I did have a slice of birthday cake, but for the most part that was all I did eat. Well, that and some cheese, but the cheese was just standard, so I didn't have all that much. The crab dip was not my best. I think it needed to be heated up some more, but... oh well.
Yesterday I went to the gym which usually closes at 6 on Sundays, but when I got there yesterday at 5 it was closed to regular members. There was some beauty event that they told us about with fliers on the door and such, but really, who reads those?

The owner did say that I could use a treadmill, but I didn't want to so I walked out. I got to my car and thought, why not, so I walked back and did a half hour on the dreadmill. I hate that thing, but it is better then nothing.
Today I went back and did my lifting and since the kids were in babysitting I figured I'd do another half hour on the dreadmill.
Lunch today is a double serving of ff greek yogurt. I'm eating it now.

Can you say 46 g of protein and just 280 cal?
