Trops Diary

Yep. The infamous crab dip bastard is at it again :D

There is a way to avoid the crab dip, Trops. But it involves leather :reddevil:

Hey, what work do you do on a midnight shift? I'd go mental on shift work. Hey ... wait a minute ... I'm already mental. What do I know about anything? I don't even know where to use punctuation :p

Hey Trops......how u doin?

Oh, I love not being on Midnight shift again. My weight hasn't dropped yet, so I think that tomorrow I'm actually going to report a gain, but I'm still not worried.

The party went really well. I did have a slice of birthday cake, but for the most part that was all I did eat. Well, that and some cheese, but the cheese was just standard, so I didn't have all that much. The crab dip was not my best. I think it needed to be heated up some more, but... oh well.

Yesterday I went to the gym which usually closes at 6 on Sundays, but when I got there yesterday at 5 it was closed to regular members. There was some beauty event that they told us about with fliers on the door and such, but really, who reads those? :) The owner did say that I could use a treadmill, but I didn't want to so I walked out. I got to my car and thought, why not, so I walked back and did a half hour on the dreadmill. I hate that thing, but it is better then nothing.

Today I went back and did my lifting and since the kids were in babysitting I figured I'd do another half hour on the dreadmill.

Lunch today is a double serving of ff greek yogurt. I'm eating it now. :drool5:Can you say 46 g of protein and just 280 cal? :smash:

Good work Trops on going back to do your running. I didnt run today because i'm playing floor hockey tonight for 2 hours and we usually only have 1 substitute so i run plenty there. Back to my running tomorrow. I really need to step it up. i might push for 3 miles tomorrow.

Matt

Treadmills make baby Jesus cry. Though to be fair, I haven't been on one since I've lost my weight and my knees have improved... so maybe baby Jesus doesn't hate them as much as he used to.

If I had a gym membership I'd test that theory. However, without one, I'm stuck running in the godforsaken cold!!!

Good job on sucking it up and hopping on the contraption, though. You're hardcore, man.

Thanks. I'm real excited about it. Right now I'm still trying to catch my breath. It's 21 deg out side, so I don't think my lungs liked it all that much.

Trops, you cocked my doodle-do when I read you did 10.5 miles in 90 minutes ...

soooooooooo

WAY TO FUCKIN' GO, BABY!!!!!

I think my doodle-do is happy now :D
