Weight: 277 (I don't buy it!!)

Food:

7:30am:
Vitamins (1 Centrum Silver, 1 Fish Oil)
1 bottle of water
1/2 bottle Muscle Milk from Quicktrip (270 cals for entire bottle)
3/4 Apple from Quicktrip

11:30am:
2 small glasses of water
I used one of those standard, 3 part to-go, foamy containers for my lunch.
The large part was filled with salad: romaine lettuce, carrots, light on the cheese, onions, garbanzo beans, a few egg slices, some croutons, sesame seeds, light on the blue cheese dressing.
One of the small parts had some grilled chicken and imitation crab meat from the salad bar.
The other small part had some cut up strawberries, grapes, watermelon

2:30pm:
The remainder of my Muscle Milk from earlier this AM.
1 glass of water

4:00pm:
1 bananna
1 glass of water

5:00pm
30 Minutes of Sweaty Cardio

7:00pm
2 x pieces of Baked Tilapia
Small side of Mushrooms & Onions cooked in a little olive oil with spices
1 glass of water

Good luck with the efforst Tropez - Im just starting out - got a long way to go - need to lose over 60 pounds - at least youve got your plans laid out

I'm hungry, this mornings breakfast didn't keep me as full as yesterday's. Maybe it was the apple, then again possibly the protein in the shake.

Mongolian BBQ, broccoli, onions, lima beans, mushrooms, imitation crab meat, flat noodles, peanuts, light sesame oil

Subway - Turkey Wrap, Double Meat, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Black olives, onions, mustard, one line of mayo, salt and pepper

Keep it up mate! Im still determined, but am having to eat through some bad foods this week until we go fetch more groceries.. still this forum has got its good poinjts and offers cool support!

I feel great today. I've had plenty of energy. I haven't been starving except for a few minutes ago when I had to get me a wrap together, but it had been a few hours since my last meal. All is good, I'm in the zone.

I need to figure out this weekend though. I have been known to have really crappy weekend diets. I need to be mindful of that and keep it in check. I also have a party I'm going to Sat night so i'm sure there will be some drinks. I need to find a drink for sat night, maybe sugar free red bull and vodka!
 
Hmmm why not enjoy it in one of 2 ways?

1: Moderately and watch your calories through the same day and following day
2: Let your hair down, go for it, but get a really good workout in before?
3: Drink water and say "my body is a temple"

OK, I know I said only 2 ways.. sorry if its of no use.. personally Id just try to watch my intake the day before/after and get some extra workouts in
