Thanks, there must be something in the air cause I had a crap time again today working out.
Work was ok. We are slow right now for some reason so I left work at 2. Found out the table and chairs I wanted got sold

and the person with the tent has never replied back to me so I assume it's sold too.
Went to the barn to ride. Had a nice jump school on my horse outside, just before the thunder started.

Went a quick grocery shop on my way home, mainly to pick up salad as well as pizza pretzels, and I found those yummy breadsticks I got before.
Got home and was starving.Really, I was hungry for most of the afternoon. I don't know why, I'm normally not that hungry at that time of day. I've been feeling quite hungry lately. Forgetting my water bottle today did not help for sure. So I decided to cup up my watermelon and have a touch of that before my workout. Helped me get in some sugar, and liquid in me.
TOUGH workout today. I think I really worked (maybe overworked?) my upper body getting that 85 pound barbell up and over my head during tuesday's workout. I dropped down to 80 pounds today as I planned to do that then do 90 pounds on the smith rack. But man, especially my right shoulder BURNED getting that thing up. I only did 2 sets at 80 pounds then went to the smith rack to do the 90 pounds. I HATE the smith rack! You are so STUCK in your movement it's almost scary. I'm gonna have to see how things go the next few workouts and go from there.
I then did the overhead press (50lbs). Again, because my upper body was so trashed from last time getting the bar up for my squats I had a heck of a time. I made it through but it was rough.
My deadlifts (90lbs) were fine.
I tried to do my run afterward and OMG. I only went at speed of 5.2 and only lasted 15 min running, then did my 5 min walk cooldown. Ugh. Totals (including walk warm up and cooldown) 1.99 miles (3.2km), cal burn 245.
I popped an advil as soon as I got home to hopefully keep stiffness at bay from my weights.
I emailed my trainer all the paperwork she needs to put my horse up for sale. We will see I guess.
