Wow MR, you're looking hot in your new threads!!! Regardless of the scales jumping around a little bit at times you are definitely making great progress. Don't let the number distract you, we can see the results. Keep doing what you are doing and you will keep seeing progress. Awesome!!!
 
Thanks guys. I do make sure to keep my feet forward enough that my knees don't pass my toes. I may try those squat ideas if what I'm doing doesn't work.
The M&M's are the peanut kind.
Standing up and sucking my gut in as much as possible I look ok. But bending over to sit down or pic something up or anything shows roll upon roll! So not really 'bikini ready' yet

147.6 starting to come down again but I don't have much of any hope for this weeks official weigh in. I did do measurements on sunday (not sure if I mentioned that or not) so if the scale doesn't move but the measurements do then I'll be happy.

I boogied at work so that I could get done soon enough to do my workout before those people came to look at my place. I only managed to find time to do 35 mins. But...
I managed to do 5k under 30 mins! Only the second time I have done that, and not only did I do it, but that 30 mins included my 2 min walk warm up! Yup, walked for 2 whole mins and STILL managed to make it under 30 mins!!
Total Time: 35 Mins (including 2 min walk warm up and 5 min walk cooldown)
Total Distance: 3.45
Total Cal Burn: 433
Speed: Mostly 6.3. Some at 6.5, 1 min at 7.0 and 1 min at 8.6

My back, and hips, are still sore but they are getting better. Will see how they feel tomorrow to see if I can try a weight lifting day or just stick to cardio.

The people did come and see my house. I'm doubtful they will buy it though, but we'll see.
Afterwards I forced myself to not think about being lazy and just got changed for the gym and headed out to the barn. I went out to get my horse in the rain and he was shivering like crazy!! Poor boy. He is such a suck about being cold. So instead of doing what I wanted to do I put on a cooler (a type of blanket), his thick winter blanket, and brought him to the arena to make him move around to warm him up and stop the shivering. Once he warmed back up, I fed him then make sure to put on his rain sheet to hopefully keep him warm.

Lunch: 1/2 Enchilada
Supper: Salad, breadsticks, sweet and sticky chicken
Snack: Salad, yogurt with raspberries, chocolate

146.6 this morning. Still need a decent drop if I'm going to make some of my goals for the next couple weeks.

Work went fine. Had one crazy client who brought her own shampoo and conditioner and comb and scissors and treats. She also had a written out paper on what she wanted with things highlighted and underlined. She also said to not use a 'curry comb' which one would never use on these types of dogs anyways, and even if we did it's probably the most gentle tool one can use on the coat and skin because it's just a piece of soft rubber. She said to use her comb instead, which even if I did use a curry comb on the coats, the comb she brought wouldn't have been a workable substitute for that. I used my own combs, brushes, and scissors. If she doesn't like it she can go somewhere else. She also half grooms one of the dogs at home so I only get to do certain things on it so it never leaves here looking good.

I got off work a bit early which was great because I decided to do a run AND go to hot yoga today before my friend's party.
I did 35 min on the treadmill (including 2 min walk warm up and 5 min walk cooldown). I didn't push myself because I knew I was also going to do the yoga so only did a speed of 5.8 and had one minute walk break in the middle and my 1 min sprint.
Total Distance: 3.15 miles (5.06 km)
Total Cal Burn for Running: 394
Total Cal burn including running and yoga: 603

Came home after yoga, showered as my food was baking, ate, finished getting ready. I then packed myself my evening snacks. I packed myself yogurt and raspberries, as well as popcorn (weighed out on a scale). I also brought the rest of the bag of popcorn for others so I didn't look greedy just brining my own food.
At the party they had donuts and candy but I didn't have any. I really wasn't even that tempted by it and I knew I had my own snacks. I could have worked a donut into my cals, but I didn't want to. I tried to drink lots of water to make sure I wasn't dehydrated after running and yoga. Some yoga instructors are more generous with turning on the cool air from time to time when everyone is boiling and sweating and working hard, this one was the less generous type and never turned it on.
I wasn't sure what time I would get home at so I left myself so cals for at home (plus I didn't want to pack more snacks, mostly cause I thought it would look weird haha), however I only got home at 11 and was like 'I don't need to eat anything at 11pm when I am just hopping into bed so finished a little under cals today.

Lunch: 1/2 enchilada
Supper: Salsa chicken, salad, breadsticks
Snack: Popcorn, yogurt and raspberries
Total Cals: 1313
 
Great will power to stick to your food plan and not be tempted by other stuff at the party. It's those type situations that are the hardest to stay on track.

An ok weigh in, certainly better than my last couple official weigh ins. I should be able to make my mini goal for July 3rd, but probably won't make my challenge goal for the end of the month.
 
After work I went straight to the barn and rode my horse, which was a little tough to convince myself to do as I felt tired/lazy. The weather kept jumping between hot and cool all day but was boiling when I rode. My pony was a sweaty mess after 10 mins. Had to spray him down after the ride to cool him and wash the sweat off.
Still feeling terribly lazy when I got home I half had myself convinced to not exercise. I only needed to exercise twice more this week to make my 5 days, so I could do saturday and sunday. But I also knew that my sunday was gonna be busy (and I would need to find time to ride my horse that day too), and I work tomorrow still (and need to ride my horse) so I preferred to only have to workout one of those days!
I told myself, just go for 30 mins. You can do 30 mins.
So I changed and headed out. I wore shorts for the first time to run. I wasn't sure how I would like it. My thighs are still very large and I was worried that the shorts would ride up and my thunder thighs would rub, chafe, and itch the whole run. Luckily the stayed down just low enough to keep myself comfy. So I started to run and one of the things that encouraged me to run today was listening to the new workout playlist I made, but I forgot about it till I had already started and apparently mapymyrun doesn't let you change playlists once you started your run. So I debated about it but I really wanted to listen to my new playlist so I stopped that one and started a new run which made calculating how far I had actually ran more difficult.
So as I started running I decided screw it, you NEED to start getting in some longer runs so do a longer run!! So I initially decided on doing 8 km, but I ran 4km out so I could turn back and run 4 km back, but that wasn't including the run before I had to stop and restart mapmyrun. So I decided, heck why not go for 9. I fudged up my numbers so ended up just a hair shy but, I'm counting it as 9km (especially since when I run on the treadmill I count my walk warm ups and cooldowns in with my distances).
It's really interesting to see my paces for each km. They often get longer before getting shorter again!
My first km was 6:21min/km, my longest was km4 at 7:13min/km, km7 was 6:26 and km8 was 6:50
Total Distance Running: 5.56 miles (8.95km)
Total Cal Burn Running: 863 according to mapmyrun
Total Distance plus walk: 5.88miles (9.46km)

I hate the shorts riding up thing. Probably why I never wear them and my legs are as white as a ghost. lol! Good job on the longer run! :)

145.4 this morning. That's 0.5lbs away from not being 'overweight'.
Not such a great day today.
I had work which sucked. Another 6 day work week. However I got off work quite early so thought awesome I can ride and workout and still have a nice evening at home then I will only need to ride tomorrow as all 5 of my workouts this week will be completed. Well, after work I went with my mom to a home decor store (she had to return something and told me it was a nice place to check out) then she wanted to stop at the grocery store (we took the same vehicle) and I needed more salads so I went and got those but that meant I had to stop off at home first before going to the barn to ride so I could put my salads in the fridge. Well, I got home and I stayed home. I didn't ride and I didn't exercise! I got home at around 3:30 and spent the whole evening watching netflix and on the computer. I got so bored but did I go DO something, nope. It also made it hard to keep myself from eating. I did ok, left myself enough cals for tomorrow I think, but it was hard. Though I actually gave in MORE in the evening than I did during the day which is a bit strange. This means to get in my 5 days of exercise this week I HAVE to workout tomorrow, and I desperately need to ride.
I'm thinking about doing the 4pm hot yoga class. I am going to be at my mom's for lunch and supper tomorrow as my bro, sis in law, nieces and nephew will be down, but I could probably sneak away for that and then I would not have to wake up TOO early and would still get a workout in. I would then just have to ride in the morning beforehand. My mom won't get back to me with what time she's planning for lunch which is a pain as my day will look a lot different if lunch is at 1 instead of 12 or whatever.
I kinda want to do a kick 30 min run tomorrow morning as well but if lunch is at 12 I don't know if I can make myself get up that early. But if lunch is at 1 that might be feasible.
We were supposed to go to the beach tomorrow but yet AGAIN the weather is gonna be crap! This is multiple weeks in a row of trying to get to the beach and having crap weather on the days I can do!

Ok, I think this is what I'm going to plan for for my schedule tomorrow and if lunch was supposed to be at 12 they're just gonna have to deal with it and wait for me (or more likely, they will eat without me and I will wonder what the point of me getting up early to try to make it for lunch was)

9am: wake up, toodle on computer or snooze till (I like to do this on weekends and tomorrow is my only weekend morning this week!)
9:30: 30 min run (+5 min cooldown)
10:05: change for barn
10:20: Leave for barn
10:40: arrive at barn, tack up, ride, untack
12:00: drive to mom's house
12:15: arrive
Edited to add that I have now heard we are eating at 12 and I decided that I'm going to add in a shower after working out (despite going to the barn right after!) otherwise I'm gonna have to shower twice at my mom's house since I will definitely need to shower after hot yoga) so they will just have to deal with me being barn stinky which they are used to.So this means waking up at 8:45 and getting going by 9. Yuck! On my day off!

Today's food
Lunch: 2 sourcream muffins (I need to make a big batch of food to freeze but likely won't have time tomorrow!)
Snack: salad
Supper: Vietnamese
Snack: salad, breadsticks, yogurt and raspberries, chocolate

:) I know the shorts problem... Though I will always remind myself that my very athletic, very slim friend always wears tights under skirts to avoid chafing so it´s not really a "fat" problem. Shorts that work for me, even at this weight, are ones that have relatively narrow legs and go down to midthigh (which is the shortest I want to wear anyway so that´s fine by me).

146.2 this morning.

Busy day today.
My mom texted me in the morning and said lunch was at 12:30 so that bumped back my day a bit. I quickly got ready to run at 9:30. Did a 5 km run, under 30 mins again (despite my 2 min walk warmup!). Went 3.16miles (5.08km) in 30 mins.
Total distance including cooldown: 3.47miles (5.58km)
Total cal burn: 435

I then went and rode my horse. He was quite a good boy.
Made it back to my mom's house in time for lunch. Had chicken casserole and salad for lunch, then drumstick cake. Spent time with my nieces and nephews.
At 4 I went to my hot yoga class. It was a pretty good class.
Back to my mom's house for supper. Creamcheese salmon, salad, and a half piece of drumstick cake.
I had to stop at walmart on the way home as I dropped my water bottle and it broke so I needed a new one. I also ended up buying some makeup.

Snack: Rhubarb Muffin
Supper: Cream cheese Salmon, Salad, 1/2 Drumstick cake

Work wasn't fun today. Had a dog that took much longer than I thought that set my whole day behind schedule. I then stayed after work to dremel my mom's doberman's nails so that they were shorter and not sharp. I only left work after 4:30, went to the barn to ride my horse. Jumped him a bit today and he was really good. If I could jump big everyday that would be the life!!
I'm trying to organize a friend or family member who's decent at photography to come take pictures of my horse and I before he sells. Otherwise I have to settle for my mom and well... she isn't terribly photographically inclined.
I only got home after 6:30 and just didn't have it in me to exercise yet. If I could do my weight lifting, but my back is still not 100%, so just doing another day of cardio was like, ugh, no.
Hoping to get off work earlier tomorrow to fit in riding and working out.

Whoops. Even though I have no money, I just bought 2 running skirts and a new sports bra from an online store called runningskirts.ca. I hope I like them when they show up! I should have checked the return policy!! They are super cute looking though!
 
Ohh Mystic!! I have a couple of those!!! I have very awkwardly shaped thighs that shorts just don't ever look right on, and when I was living in the desert I wanted something I could run/walk in without dying from the heat. They're great, and 3.5 years later they haven't lost their shape and still look decent (I even wore mine today at my physio appt). I got mine from the same store but the Au version! They have really decent stretch too so I never had a muffin top... but they also still fit after I lost a bunch of weight.
 
You're doing great MR. You're absolutely killing it. Down in the mid 140s.

As for runningskirts.ca, do you suppose they have anything in my size? I really want to look my best at the gym. :D

Full day of work. I should have gone to ride but lazed out.
I did do a longer run today. It was hard work and my mind was yelling at me to quit or slow down, but I forced my body not to listen, since my body wasn't tired! I had planned to do 50 mins (45 run plus cooldown), but the cute guy who chose to run next to me instead of the other girl running (makes me feel like they thought I was better looking haha) motivated me to do an extra 5 mins. I took one 1 min walk break at 25 min mark.
Total Distance: 5.40 miles (8.69km)
Cal Burn: 688
Speed: 6.2, one min sprint at 8.7

I stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work and got more salads, yogurt (they only had one :( ), and some more chocolate! Gonna need to find a new protein recipe for my suppers, getting a bit sick of chicken.

Btw, love that my bones are becoming more noticeable. Got a glimpse of my chest bones while changing the other day (not that I want those really showing, I don't want to be stupid thin looking, though I may not have a choice with that as I lose weight from the top to bottom so much haha), and my hip bones are more easily felt. Still not even CLOSE to seeing them through all my pudge tho!

Had a cancellation this morning so work was a little easier, though one dog was much harder than I thought so took a bit longer.
I met with a real estate agent as my new house is nearly 4 months away from completion so I need to get more serious about getting my place sold. He will come over tomorrow night to see the place, then hopefully the photographer will come friday then it will go up for sale.
After that I went riding. Had some good moments and some less than good moments. Pony got super sweaty.
Came home and went for a run. Half wanted to run outside but I've used up 90% of my data for the month so I didn't want to use mapmyrun. So I ran inside. This time, after my warm up I reset the treadmill so I would know exactly how far I ran in 30 mins.

Distance in 30 mins: 3.24 miles (5.21km)
Cals in 30 mins: 427
Speed: 6.4 with one min at 7, one min at 8.8

Distance including walk cooldown: 3.55miles (5.71km)
Cals: 452

Did NOT feel like having any of my usual chicken recipes for supper so went with grilled cheese haha.
Had to do a bit of clean up this evening for the realtor coming tomorrow.
