Thanks guys.
Woke up sick today. Couldn't get myself up to exercise this morning.
Finally headed out to the barn at around 10:40. Had a slightly frustrating ride on my horse today. He just wasn't quite giving me what I wanted. I decided to get off and lunge him to try to get him working better, more proper. He lunged quite well, especially to the left. He's always harder to get working well to the right.
After riding him, feeding him, and turning him back out I finished up my packing and tack cleaning. Going through my checklist to make sure I had everything (have a checklist on my phone)

This is all the stuff that will be coming with me to the show (plus hay as well)
Went grocery shopping. I ended up getting peanut butter granola bars, mac and cheese cups, ichiban soup and a Chunky soup, and white cheddar popcorn, and mini eggs.
Came back home, got my laundry going right away, got my camera batteries charging. I made myself a chicken wrap for lunch and while doing that I baked chicken so I could make enchiladas because I had sour cream in my fridge that would go bad while I'm away so wanted to use it. After eating lunch and my chicken finishing baking I did up the enchiladas and baked them. I also portioned out mini eggs and put it into baggies, that way I know how many cals I am eating of them on my trip.
I felt really really tired as the days went on. Finally at around 4:45 I climbed into bed for a nap. I set my alarm so I A. wouldn't sleep for too long so I wouldn't have issues sleeping tonight and B. so I wouldn't miss my supper date with my best friend at 6. I hadn't thought I had actually slept but when my friend called me at 5:20 I saw that I had missed multiple messages on my phone.
Went for supper with my friend to a vietnamese restaurant. Never had gone to that one before. It was pretty good. I had worn my winter coat because I didn't feel like going to my room and finding a sweater, but also because when I was at the barn it was gloomy and 11*. But when I got out of the car at the restaurant I realized how crazy warm it was. 23*. So nice. Apparently though we are supposed to get snow again in a week. Silly weather.
Came home and started packing. I've got nearly everything packed that I can at the moment. I still need to do my food. I have a pair of breeches still hanging to dry. Still need to put my camera batteries back in. Need to clean my bird's cage and do some tidying so my house isn't so gross for when my mom comes to check on my bird. It's 9:30. I really need to get to work on all this but feeling tired and lazy.
Tomorrow I have to be ready to go at 6:40am. I will weigh tomorrow morning, but then I won't be able to weigh till I get home.

Lunch: Chicken wrap
Snack: Mini eggs
Supper: Vietnamese
Snack: Mini eggs (was desiring chocolate today)
Total Cals: 1494

Really quick updates
Yesterday mornings weigh In was 158.8. Was up at 6am to get to the barn for 7. We then had a 6 and a half hour delay after the person that came to pick up my horse got 'stuck' in my barn's driveway. Will tell more about that when I get home and have my computer.
So instead if getting in at around 9pm or so we got in at 3am. Crawled into bed at 4am.
Woke up at 9am and had a busy day grooming and did my first class of the show. The Jump height was really small to just get him in the ring and get fun feeling good. He must have gotten kicked on the trailer ride over so has a lump and heat in his leg. Luckily he seems ok on it. We had a good class. Didn't knock any jumps down. Took some extra care of his leg.
Did more work grooming. Today was actually the easiest day as the lady in working for didn't show in the evening (in fact there are no evening classes today) and just showed her one horse today. The rest of the week will be busier.
So I got 6 hours Friday night and maybe 5 hours last night. Gonna be tired this week that's for sure.

Friday's cals were 1360.
Today's cals were roughly 2000 (which is what I'm allowing myself)

Nice job on all the dropped pounds and keeping them off.

As for the unexpected expenses and what a pain they are, don't I know it.

SIX AND A HALF HOURS? Did she try to dig a tunnel to China? Good job sticking to calories anyway, I´d have eaten everything in sight out of frustration.

Thanks guys. Will respond when I get home.
Had a high cal day today. Had a McDonald's hot chocolate this morning that was totally not worth the cals. Was planning just to have a 350 cal soup for supper to make the day not so high cal then everyone went for supper so I went too. Had poutine and coke. Only ate about half by poutine so probably wasn't as high cal as I have it marked down as but oh well
Had a clear jumping round (didn't knock any rails down) and placed 5th in my class.

Total cals 3340

Wow, sorry for the long delay and the very late arrival. I'd be so exhausted! Good work on the loss and keeping your calories in check. That hot chocolate sounds so yummy! I could totally go for one right about now. Congrats on finishing 5th. I'm sure you were shooting for higher, but still a great place to finish in my eyes. :)

Thanks guys.
Having a good show so far. It's late and my days have been long and I'm on my phone so I will just give really short summary of my cals.

1980 yesterday.
3040 today.
Obviously over again today. I was gonna be under but at 8:30pm my barn decided to go out to eat for supper when I had planned to eat a 350 cal soup not a pesto noodle dish.
I'm not too fussed because I'm keeping an eye on things and tracking everything, and I am on 'vacation' so a bit of indulging isn't too bad. Plus I'm on my feet working fairly hard. If I can keep to at least most of the rest of the days to under cals I will be fine.

Once I'm home and on my computer I will make sure to visit and comment on everyone's diaries. Just too hard to do it on my phone and it's too late and I'm too tired.

Ok, I'm back! But it's late, and I am tired, sick, and exhausted so just a short post.
Didn't finish off very well calorie wise, but my horse was a good boy. I think cause I was so sick I ended up being a bit more of a piggy. Will weigh in tomorrow, though likely late in the day as I plan to sleep in. Next friday will be my first official weigh in after the show.

It's always hard for me to stay on track when I'm traveling. Now that you're back you can get back into your normal routine and just keep on trucking. Don't let it get you down. One of my favorite sayings is "Adapt & Overcome."

Thanks guys.
Hopefully my last 'not good' eating day today as I deal with my sickness. Tomorrow I will be back to work and back into the routine so I think it will be easier to get on track. I won't be able to do much exercise yet due to still being quite sick but maybe I can at least do a walk or yoga class tomorrow.
I weighed 158 this morning at 8:30am which is about an hour later than my usual weigh in time (I then fell back asleep and slept till 11). That's actually quite a good weigh in considering. Will see what it says tomorrow morning and of course see what my 'official' weigh in is on friday.
Tomorrow I will hopefully feel 'into' it enough to do a longer update as well as visit everyone else's diary.

BTW, after 7.5 months the permits have finally come through on the new build townhouse I bought and they have started to dig! Just 8-10 more months to go!

Thanks. Feeling a bit better. Voice is still gone and still coughing and such but feeling less 'sick'
157.4 this morning so surprisingly it look like I may have lost weight while in Brandon. However I am finding it a hair difficult to get back on track eating wise. Stopped on my way home from work at Tim Horton's and got a bagel and cinnamon roll at 4:30.

Didn't do 100% well with my eating today but I don't think it was too terrible. I didn't log it accurately so not sure what my cals are. Tomorrow I will have to get on top of this.
My days have been thrown a little out of whack as my best girl friend has decided that she wants to break off her engagement and so is staying with me (in my under 600 sq ft one bedroom condo haha) and this was her second night here. I'm used to doing what I please when I please in the evenings and that hasn't worked quite so well. I didn't go to the barn today (which isn't bad as my horse deserves some time off), but I also didn't even go for a walk.
It's late again here so I will try to do a full update tomorrow and visit other diaries.

Sorry, it's been hard to be on here much with my friend here.
Today was hopefully... no, today WAS my last day of not eating well. I had a footlong sub for lunch, edo japan (chicken yakisoba) and a bottle of coke for supper, and ice cream and chocolate for snack.
I was 157.8 this morning. My friend is here likely till Friday, and I'm still sick (day 6 of my voice sounding like a kid going through puberty), but after that I should be able to get back on schedule with exercising as well.

Tomorrow my food plan is 1/2 enchilada for lunch, chicken wrap and maybe something else for supper, then popcorn/small snack in the evening. I will also ride, and maybe go for a walk if my friend wants to.
