Thank you guys
im just trying to get the emotional rollercoaster back on track once thats done everything will fall into place im sure...im trying hard and not giving up
alright got to 3L of water yesterday did some blading but not as much as i would have liked)but still some) and i tried my best at the eating thing(had tuna and salade for supper cottage and salade for lunch)add an extra apple and a pb sandwich though but atill all and all a pretty good day.
food
cereal+flax+peach+skim
shake+apple
cottage cheese+salade(or maybe eggs)
shake+yogurt
taco salade(easy on the meat and cheese heavy on the salad lol)
water!1L so far
supps fc+vit c+multi
exercise
weights-bi and abs
cardio (rb or jog???)
