Thank you guys :) im just trying to get the emotional rollercoaster back on track once thats done everything will fall into place im sure...im trying hard and not giving up :)


alright got to 3L of water yesterday did some blading but not as much as i would have liked)but still some) and i tried my best at the eating thing(had tuna and salade for supper cottage and salade for lunch)add an extra apple and a pb sandwich though but atill all and all a pretty good day.

food
cereal+flax+peach+skim
shake+apple
cottage cheese+salade(or maybe eggs)
shake+yogurt
taco salade(easy on the meat and cheese heavy on the salad lol)

water!1L so far
supps fc+vit c+multi

exercise
weights-bi and abs
cardio (rb or jog???)

I just go one minute at a time until it's time to eat, then I am so hungry I grab everything! I should make a plan too.

You are such an inspiration to me. I have read most of your postings on this thread and you give me hope! I always feel like I have too much to lose and I will never look good again. Your postings prove to me that if someone works hard enough they can lose the weight. It takes a lot of patience. I reached my highest weight a year ago (183 lbs.), I got disgusted with myself and got on track Exercising everyday and really watching what I ate. I did good for 3 months and then started having a hard time with the winter here in Boston, MA (I am from California, I have been in Boston for two years) I am a big wimp when it comes to being cold. When I get could I have a hard time making myself do anything. Well, I got back on track in March and got down to 156 by the middle of May. Then my boyfriend's parents came to visit us for over two weeks, taking us out to dinner all the time and keeping me up too late to be able to get up at 5:30 in the morning to workout. Needless to say I got way off track and got back up to 173 two weeks ago. Well I am back on track and I am down to 168. I just think, If I never would have lost control of my diet and exercise program, I would be at my goal weight 130 lbs. Quite frustrating. I am hoping, by posting in my diary on this website, it will help me stay on track.

Anyway, enough about me, I hope your mother has a full recovery and feels like herself soon. I hope things work out for the best for you and your husband, it seems like a delecate situation.

Smiley, I'm so glad you & your H are talking. It took me saying "I can't live like this. You have to get help NOW. Even after the help, no guarantee I'll stay!" So, now he's getting help & on his best behavior :rolleyes:
I hope your mom does live a healthier lifestyle though it was a virus issue. Does she maybe have Mitral Valve Prolapse? I have that & I'm at greater risk for a virus throwing a party in my heart. I just have to be sure to take antibiotics if going to the dentist, or giving birth, ..... Anything that might introduce a virus into my bloodstream gets zapped with this precaution.

Hang in there Smiley. You are a strong woman. You deserve the best you can give YOU. You're an inspiration to many of us here. Feel free to vent about anything you want to me. Most likely, I would've been there/done that. :eek:

Yeah i find planning out my day doesnt leave me scrambling for food and eating what ever i want lol i have it planned at home with the times too so i know when to eat sounds silly but if you wait til your starving then i tend to over eat.

Vanity, im not sure what its called but we have a heart murmur(a genetic thing)might be the reason she had the heart attack,its just all very weird right now lol and i think bc it was caused by a virus my mom figures its not a real"heart attack" she even started smoking again and has gained a bunch of weight too argh very frustrating times here lol and thanks i will vent freely know ing you guys will be here for me :)

ok this weekend was bad ugh chinese food ate too much of it retaining water like crazy!!i think its all the salt they put in it....i dunno. gotta look good by next weekend finally meeting a friend face to face, should be fun, ive never met anyone off the net before :)
so yeah actually gotta try for 4lbs by the 5th as planned although im gonna have to toughen up and do it.

Lol thank you guys, i will be careful but i dont think theres a need too lol weve talked for a while and done the cam and phone thing so yeah im thinking pretty safe....were prolly gonna meet at a park and let the kids play together theyre all around the same ages should be great...unless it rains then its mcdonalds play land lol im hoping its not weird in person lol met your H online thats cool, ive talked to a few ppl who have done that and they seem really happy :)

In regards to your mom's heartattack being called a virus...do you know if it was called endocarditis? I work in the er at our hospital locally and sometimes when people have heart murmurs & may have a weak valve..they can get an infection caused by something really minute like a tooth infection or from a cleaning or something..and they can have a heart attack or worse from it.
just curious.
 
oh man forgot to come back and add my food..ate lots had some cookies..not enough water....(stressfull day yesterday) but i did do my exercise 1hr cardio and chest :) yeay me the cardio felt so good im doing it again right after im done here
yes im excited!! dunno what to wear, i want to look good(of course) but i also dont want to look like i tried too hard to dress nice dont want to over do it either lol...thinking jeans or something..wear going to a park so i dunno lol and ill let you all know how it went!
K :eek: im so embarrased to say this but i have no clue whats its called, i was never told much detail about it exept that its a heart mumur its genetic and we all have it(my mom,me,sis and my kids) i was told that there are difrent kinds and i dont have to worry about it but now that im seeing a new DR i might ask again at the next check up(my first DR was a fruit cake???) her heart attack was caused by a really bad ear infection (really bad the worst she ever had)thats what the DR at the hospital told her anyways

I whink you should wear jeans and a nice (not frumpy) top. You can never go wrong with jeans! The darker the better.

Yep Christina exactly what i was thinking, jeans and some cutsey top lol(well if i can find one not too frumpy,or stained with misc kid gack lol)

YUP we're still on course, ttotm should start Monday for me. With the wedding to go to on Sunday, hopefully I'll skip a month of breakouts. (I'm 27 too) and still get at least 2 huge zits then! SUCKS but what can we do about it?

Oooh, I can't wait to hear about the date. I've been meeting people online as well. So far I've had two crappy dates. I'm gearing up for another one soon, hopefully this one will be better than the other two. Oh man! Wanna hear a real kicker. One really cute guy started messaging me and he likes a lot of the same stuff as me, same music, tv shows,movies, told me he has an affinity for women with meat on their bones and what do I come to find out--he lives in Ireland! Oy! I'm still talking to him because he's nice, but that was disappointing. I'm hoping it will go well with the local guy. Let us know how yours goes! I think jeans and a pretty top is perfect, that's what I always go with. :)
