ok so snack this afternoon was more like graham wafer cookies like 10 of em(so like 360 cals give or take lol man i love em!)but the rest was/is pretty much the same

Good news i have a job!! its starts in october(3) im very excited :D havent had a "real" job for like 7yrs!!(meaning one that pays me lol)
now i gotta find a sitter :confused: but im still so very happy :D

One time I found a sitter through the state, licensed sitter. ended up HATING HER!
Then I found a sitter on a flyer hung up at the grocery store. Unlicensed, LOVED her!
So it's hit or miss... so a lot of interviewing...

Wow! Congrats Smiley! That is fantastic! You will feel so much better getting out and working...go get em girl! It is hard finding someone..I would recommend asking at your local churches first...not that there is no way to get a lemon there...but sometimes its a good place to start!

asking churches is a good idea i didnt think of that...right now in canada theres a program that will pay... subsidy(sp?) for day care, im trying to apply for that right now, the lady said she has a spot available for my kids and thats great, now the paper work..ugh lol hopefully i can get it all done so the school and bussing doesnt have to be switched around too many times.

exercise new routine again im trying a 4 day split looks promissing, w/o#1-inc db press-inc db fly-dec db press- dec fly-bench press-fly(it has a higher amount of reps also gonna try stripping the weights on some of them)oooo that weight routine was awesome!! :) ...cardio really gonna try for something today maybe elliptical this after noon or roller blading??

I am thinking about geting a part time job at target or home depot. I think it would help me keeping me busy..plus xmas will be a lot better....and Andreas said I can keep 25% to blow on whatever I want for me........it's not a lot but it is better than me having to explain to him why I had to buy 2 fingernail polishes that are already similar in color...my 9th pair of sun glasses....ANOTHER pair of rhinestone flip flops....

Thanks ladies :D cant wait to start the new job should be fun(its for my uncle and i will be serving customers and stocking and stuff ...but hey it pays 12$hr so im not saying no lol)
:eek: the smoking .....hasnt stopped yet, i feel crummy about it too, theres just alot going on right now and stress is through the roof. i know excuses excuses but i will be quitting before the winter! that i can guarentee ;)
flax seeds are awesome full of fibre and healthy fats i like to add a spoon full to my cereal and salads, oatmeal mmm mmm...you can get it in pill form too, your body needs fats(healthy ones) to loose fat so thats my way of adding some in...plus the fibre well you know :rolleyes:

woohoo im feeling DOM's in my chest like nothing else the new routine is awesome!! now i just gotta get cardio back on track and my diet too, i must admit im eating too much it gets late at night and then i snack on stuff i prolly shouldnt :eek: ive stopped weighing my self every day bc id get so mad if my weight went up at all, so im gonna try and only do it once a week(or 2 lol)and try to get more water in im slacking there too! no more slacking!! i want 135 so bad im so close to it darn it i want it bad i need to focus on that, maybe ill do likesome the others ladies and put where ive been and my goal in my sig.

I know you prob dont wanna hear it... but damn girl. you quit for so long..... I dont wanna see you get "trapped" into all those chemicals.... You only have one body, and one lifetime.....

Congrats on the job! $12 an hour is a landfall around here!
I was looking into substitute teaching. I have almost 10 years of experience and a bachelor's, but I don't have a current license for the state of sc, so the pay was going to be $50 a day. Can you believe it? Daycare for two of the boys was going to run around $35. So, I'd be working for $15 and a daycare experience for my children. Just makes me want to scream!
Anyway, good luck with the new workout routine, too!

:) Oh Christina girl i know!! even my kids are telling me. my son said if i dont quit hes gonna start smoking and my daughter said she wants a pink cigarette!! :eek: realitry check mom kick the habit now before it gets worse!!!excuses for why i cant are easier than actually doing it. im moving out back to my moms next week end(like not the one coming up but the next) my H and i are separating its just not going to work out....i think once im there the stress wont be so much and ill be able to quit. i know how bad it is for me, and all the hard work ive done to keep my body clean and chemical free lol has gone down the tube, but i really do want to quit, my mom and my friends have said that they will help me anyway they can :) plus ill have you guys to kick my butt if i dont.

Thanks Turtle momma& TScrappy :) im quite happy with the pay thats the best part of the job. plus itll tide me over until i figure out if i want to go into health care or not. means studying working and being a single mom(although i know my H will be there lots)many fine ladies have done it before me and i know ill be able to do it too.
i know what you mean TScrappy, i was in the same boat when i was looking for a job, minimum wage then you figure day care plus traveling(gas is ridiculous right now) i really thought it wasnt going to be worth it. my sanity was the only reason i was looking lol :p i needed to get out of the house, i just lucked out that a family member was looking for someone thank God for family!! is there anyway you can get your license??

Wow, sounds like you've got alot going on. The health care field is a great one to go into, there is SO MUCH opportunity! What are you thinking about specifically? Nursing?
