*hugz* LadyI have been there. You have been doing really well and self destructive is not what you are in the slightest! Again you have been doing awesome! Don't let these two days get you down, just put them behind you and keep on trucking. Tonight I am trying to give myself 10 reasons not to eat some salt/fat/carb thing over 700 cals.

some sense into you lol. Chinese food is the devil though! I used to eat it at least once a week, but sadly have not had one bite in two months. When I reach my goal weight I will definitely have to reward myself with my favorite entree though.
