Today I went on another walk...
I love you guys... Coming here puts a smile on my face, even when I am feeling like total doodoo!
I wanted to continue my streak for walking, so I got dressed and then played on my computer for a few hours. I was then about to take a nap when I forced myself to call my mom and ask her if she wanted to go walk at the trail with me... Because if she was going, I would have to get my ass in gear!
So off we went to the trail with one of my dogs... And today I learned that doctors and health professionals are NOT lying, being mega fat really isn't good for you!
We took of walking, and everything was fine! It was a warm, sunny day with a nice cool breeze! We got to the halfway point and began heading back... And I totally hit the wall. My mom kept asking, "Is it your hips or knees that are bothering you?" And I was like, "No mom, those areas are fine... The issue is that my heart feels like it's been filled with thumb tacks that are about to burst out and litter the ground with a plethera of prickly push-pins."
Yeah. It was rough... And the depressing part is that I don't even get to be like, "Well, I guess 20 miles was a bit over-zealous," because we only went 2.5 miles!! I walked 2.5 miles, and spent the last mile just praying for a place to sit down before I keeled over!!
Once I got to a water fountain and drank a bit I felt a lot better... So I guess the lesson is that I need to drink more fluids!!
Anyways, I stayed on track with my food, and I am super hopeful that there will be a time in the next few days that I will be able to begin Wii Fitness!

But within a few weeks I was jogging like a pro . Okay so there is probably no job opportunities available for "pro joggers" but you catch my driftwood.
