Well sounds like you have momentum in the right direction - keep it up.
She's good and she was happy to be back in school after Christmas break. She went to a b-day party yesterday afternoon. I didn't stay. I had some running to do, plus I skipped the cake and ice cream.
Food wasn't the greatest. Didn't even get close to my calories. Today is Monday, start over day (stole the line from one of the other girls).
Meal 1 - 2 pancakes (no butter and syrup), coffee, banana
Meal 2 - egg white, bread, raisins
Meal 3 - turkey sandwich w/mayo, string cheese, milk
Meal 4 - egg white, pb, pecans
Meal 5 - turkey smoked sausage, peppers, baked potato (no butter)
The road is long, but I got my walking shoes on and ready to go. Don't know where it's gonna take me but we'll take it together.
This time I finally got exactly 30% fat, but need to work on the protein and carbs. I know where I can add more protein in, so we'll see how today goes.

Meal 2 - applesauce, string cheese, egg white
Meal 3 - carrots, turkey sandwich w/mayo
Meal 4 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 5 - Smart ones roast beef w/gravy, bread, milk
Meal 6 - pb, wheat crackers
