not the best of days yesterday. i decided to have a rest from excercise after thursday. didn't have much water because was out all day or most of it anyway. it was good to get together with all the people i hadn't seen for about 3 years. it was like a mini school reunion. i can't believe how we all were just comfortable with each other after not seeing each other for a long time. might be going on that 8mile walk again today. do want to start building up the miles i do on the treadmill as well. so could be the walk or the treadmill today.
