I am one of those "weight is just a number" guys. I guess I said "lose 100 pounds" because that is easily measurable. I'm not too concerned with weight, more about how I look/feel. If I lift and get built up pretty well, and maybe even defined(hold my breath there), I don't think I'll care about what the scale says. But thanks for telling me that, if I don't see the numbers move how I think/WANT them to, I will keep that in mind and not be to discouraged. Is there a magic formula for how much water to drink? Or protein to eat for that matter? Or even still, daily caloric intake? Man, seems like a lot to set up and take in. I'll be sure to look around in the forum for sound advice. Any good suggestions on a program to follow or website...? Sorry for all the questions man. When I was an athlete(hockey), we just new to pound the protein and lift like hell.
