The Coffeebro Before, During and soon to be After

Ok, the life changing picture for me would have been the picture of you on the bike. It reminds me of the picture that made me look at myself and say "whoa! time for a change!". It's the one of me in the white Saints jersey. The difference between the bike pic and the one above is truly inspiring. Great work, Coffeebro!

Matt! What can I say? You look absolutely gorgeous! Seriously, you have come such a long way and I'm so proud of you! :) Keep it up, Muirnin!

Mathew, looking good. Do you really think you have another 17 pounds on you to lose? Not to nay-say, but it's looking like you are real close to where you should be.

OK, but your really making some strides there, huh? That pic from last summer, sure you lost that gut, but not only that. Your chest was sunken in. Now it's sticking out. Losing fat and gaining muscle. Way to go.

You look fantastic!!! Your face has changed a lot and you can definitely see the difference in your body. I've got 2 kids - isn't it great to have the energy to be able to keep up with them (well, at least try lol)? I love that I can run around with them and not get short of breath...and that I can get up and down off the floor more easily.

As for family not being supportive, I had a sort of opposite effect. People would try to sabotage me or tell me that I was getting too thin and basically make derogatory remarks...even though I was heavier than the weight I'd been for 30 odd years. I put on my weight after I had my second child and took a good few years to get around to doing something about it. You should be really proud of what you've achieved - we here certainly know how much hard work you've put in!
