All things going well, I should be able to hit my goal weight by mid November.
I think it will be hard to stop, when so much of your time revolves around trying to control your diet and loose weight the prospect of doing something else entirely is a bit daunting.
I'll probably keep loosing until I reach the low 20's bmi wise, then concentrate on trying to get fitter.
I'm still really keen on getting outdoors and doing some long distance running, eventually.
Still eating about 1800 calories a day, so I've got scope to reduce my intake by about 300 calories if I need to. Haven't hit any plateau's yet, hopefully I'll keep seeing good results every week.
