Hey, I have a question for all the Inked people.
I'm getting a tatoo on my arm in a week or so, will the tatoo get messed up if I my arm gets bigger?
 
It depends on how much bigger you get and how much little detail is in the tat. In general though, there isn't usually a big problem.
