wk 3 day 2 of the 0-5k didn't do it yesturday as it was to hot so just did a walk and casual run last night instead still burnt over 380 cal :)

wow my 5k runner has really stepped it up at the end of week 3 and boy am I knackered today but it was good to do it and it steps up even harder this week at week 4 :| its going to be a struggle but I WILL do it.

I went out for dinner saturday night to the pub for my uncles birthday my choice of food chicken ceaser salad probably not that healthy but definetly better than snitzel and chips i'm sure!

We had nothing out for dinner last night so we went to the chinese resturant and ate dinner there my choice chicken chop suey with rice love all the veggies in it and I didn't feel guilty after eating it cause I only had enough to satisfy me instead of pigging out till you can't move, not the healthiest weekend at all and I kind of feel bad about it now that I write it down :(

back on track today though and as strong as ever :)

It's always much harder to eat good when you have to eat out, but you can't eliminate those things from your life! Better to learn to deal with them!
 
Eating out always gets me too. I'm getting a little better at it, but I still slip a lot. I usually make an effort to look at the menu online and at least have a plan, whether I stick to it or not is another story though. lol! Today is a new day...I hope it's a good one for you! :)
