I gained this weight in but I think I was retaining water cause I weighed myself this morning and I'm under last weeks weight in so next weeks weigh in should be a good loss hopefully
All up so far I have lost 15.4kg
With only 2kg to go to get to my 1st goal
have the last week of my 5k runner this week and then i'm running 5 k straight eek my goal after that is to run 5k 3 times a week then when i'm looking for more of a challenge i'm going to do the next 1 which is 5-10k.
funny how when I started on the 1st week I thought I would struggle so MUCH more than what I have don't get me wrong its been hard and to now be on my last week its very rewarding, I have struggled but I have gotten stronger and fitter and a hell of a lot more determined to lose all this extra weight that i'm carrying.
I went to my cousins birthday saturday night and I got sooooo many compliments from my family and it was great when my aunty said how FIT I look < that comment right there makes EVERYTHING worth while.
i'm almost at my 1st goal of 90kg and I wanted to reach that by the time the weight loss challenge finishes and i'm 100% positive that i'm going to smash it, i may not reach the 90 kg goal this week but I reckon I will be pretty close by next weight in
Tash, my next mini-goal is also 90kg. How tall are you? What is your goal weight? Mine is 60kg and I'm adamant that I'm gonna get there!! You are really doing fabulous!

I did the 28min straight run by gosh it was HOT but I did it YAY
Mands i'm over 5'8, my goal weight is 80kg i'm quite tall and solid so i don't know that I can lose much more after that but I will get down to 80kg and the see how i'm travelling and if I need to lose more. i'm almost at my 90kg goal
Hey Tasha, i'm 5'4 and my ultimate goal is to weigh 60kg. Which I'm determined to do. At the rate you are going you will definitely meet your goal in no time. Great job on the exercise!!
hhhmmmm thoughts are so jumbled at the moment lots of stuff has happened with work home ect
I was craving chocolate yesterday and I bought some sugarfree stuff fruit and nut had 3 blocks wasnt bad and satified my craving better option then normal
another run tonight 45mins its soooo hot here lately takes all my energy to run for that long but i manage to do it!
I want to do the city to bay run this year in October and its a 12k run so i'm going to work towards that now and of course reaching my goal weight in the mean time

Well done for doing toning exercises when feeling sick.. Your weight loss was good this week too... Lots of people give themselves permission to go off track... Staying on track is a very positive trait.
