From a guys perspective, one of the good things about eating out is portion control. Sometimes the best you can do is have something that doesn't seem like a lot of food. Italian restaurants are famous for having meals that are just way too much food for any one human to eat.
 
thanks MrVee I executed awesome portion control on the weekend but not knowing how many calories your actually consuming is my main problem :) I like knowing i'm under my calories :)
 
Bad arvo :(

i've been doing sooooo well and today it just went straight out the window

had a handful of lollies and a big handful of grapes and i'm still hungry, what is wrong with me?:(

so dissapointed

I was having a sugar low last night and had to eat a chocolate spread sandwhich :(
let myself down but i'm back to it today :)
 
It happens! I have been having some cravings today. Luckily I have a good amount of calories left so I ate myself a cinnamon bun!! Haha.
 
so onwards and upwards from yesterday
have changed my eating a bit to make them a bit more calorie heavy in the hope of preventing my out burst of hunger yesterday

breakfast
50g muesli 169cal
175g yogurt 168 cal
coffee
5 bramble berries

lunch
veg and noodle slice 246cal
lettuce, cucumber,capsicum and tom salad w/balsamic dressing

snacks
grapes
apple
2 cruskits

dinner
TBA
 
Great that you got right back on the wagon after your slip. That's the spirit. We all slip but I think its important how quick we get back on the wagon and you did amazing. Keep going!
 
My late night "I'm done with my calories but I still want to eat something snack" tends to be a pickle spear. Very few calories (5 I think) and if you are truly hungry does little for you, but if you just want to eat something for some reason, sometimes it works.

I don't consume a lot of calories compared to what I used to so my night snack if i'm hungry is the yogurt and berries nice and healthy, if i'm not hungry I don't eat easy :)

Still doing awesome
The 5k runner is really stepping up I got the 1/2 way to 5k badge yesterday now I think it goes to intervals of 6min runs eek going to be hard but ill DO it :)
 
thanks everyone for dropping by been so busy lately not able to log on as much as before, can't wait for weight in day tomorrow i've been working really hard this week :) so i'm hoping it pays off
 
After only losing 1 kg last week I thought I would exercise harder and eat better and I would get even better weight loss but I have only lost another 1kg but thats awesome i'm only 3.8kg away from my 1st goal :)
