Keep going with the C25K. Youll be wondering how on earth you're ever going to manage 5km, but it happens. I did it almost 2 years ago now and did a 5km stint in a marathon relay 6 months after I started. Felt so great and proud of myself. Wanted to try the half the next year but didn't start training soon enough and had gall bladder out mid year. So maybe this year :/
We had friends over for a BBQ last night and for dessert they bought cheesecake I had the job of serving it up and I didn't have ANY yay so proud I had my yogurt instead
