but I did hop on my stationary bike for 36 minutes 6.2 miles to do a lil damage conrol.The scale has been bouncing between 180-181 anything BUT a GAIN tomorrow I will be satisfied.I have been gulping the water which I love anyway I had 2-64 ozs and 12 oz bottle so 140?I think

Oh I had to mention the little ceasars OMG that used to be my fave pizza and they closed them all down years ago anyway the lil girl next door was selling pizza kits a while ago and I saw it was LC so I ordered 1 and totally forgot until it arrived today before dinner and after practice lol so yeah and yummm!
