Hey Tammy :) Have a great weekend! Congratulations on your weight loss! Finally it takes a big drop :) You are so very close to the 170's!!!!
 
I am getting to exersice I had pizza as a treat and now I must not sit here on my HUMP and let it turn to fat :jump:.

It is a weightloss table that is on here and you just put your weight in each week and it keeps a record.
 
Ty me 2 I love the table it helps see WTF is happening....
Ok I locked myself in my room and did 5.2 miles stationary bike
at 13 mph in 24 min then I did "100" crunches "30 squats"and
a whole SONG of different arm exersices usuing 5lb weights!
I feel good despise the pizza I ate I actually feel stuffed so
I know I won't be tempted the rest of the night to eat anything,Tammy:doh:
 
Ok I anot seating it but I am up 1/2 lb even after exersicing after the pizza so probally yucky SODIUM so it will be PEEED out after all my water this week :rotflmao: .Well 1st day of challange and I have to go run errons plus kids have games the festtival geeesh another busy 1 BUT tomorrow is the riverfront WEBN fireworks then off monday so yay again.:jump:
I will be traveling by foot today so lots of walking.Tammy

Hi Tammy, Hope your day goes smoothly and that you don't have a too hot of a day today while your running around today between the kids games and errands and all that stuff. Hope you have a great day. I'm going to try to really get in a good amount of exercise today and all that good stuff as we plan on going swimming later today when everyone wakes up... of course even going to bed late alex still woke up earlier then I had hoped.. lol guess he just bounces back faster then us older people... haha well anyways can't wait to start this challenge off with a blast as i'm not letting my stressful stuff in my life right now take away from my goal of getting in shape and losing all this stupid weight. So lets rock this challenge.
 
Good morning Tammy! Happy September 1st! :D Good luck for the challenge!! I have no worries about you!!:) I decided to go for it and just put my goal weight as the goal for the challenge:eek: We shall see:D Hope you have a great weekend and get all your chores and games finished without melting too much!!! Good thing about that water! Keeps you hydrated in all that heat!! :)

Ty you's for all the support!!:beerchug: Ok I am BEAT DOWN
I have been on my feet from 2:30 PM_12:00 AM and just made it home,
I would say I walked an easy 5-7 miles today plus standing for around 4 hours my leggs are dead I walked to my moms which is about 1 mile and forgot my kids pictures that are made on pins to wear on your sgirt so ditched kids with my mom and speed walked back to my house then back to my moms then to the football game then back to moms (3 blocks from mom to football game)then back to game for my daughters cheering then moms then walked to the festivals until it closed a lil after 11 Pm then walked home about 2 miles geeeeeeesh.My cals were way to low cuz stupid me packed melty snacks and they were no good and I refused to eat funnle cake and hot dogs with my son so i WAS ADMIT i KIND OF starved TODAY!i DID HOWEVER DRINK ABOUT 6 12 OZS BOTTLES OF WATER + MY 64 OZ CUP FULL.
Ok tomorrow should be a lil less hectic hubby is OFF thank god now if I can get hime to help with kids grrr but we get to walk to his moms for a grill out then down to the fireworks for the big BAG along the ohio river over 500,000 peeps! Alot of drinking loud music everywhere no parking it's the big deal around here lol!I will be good no beer or greasy or sweets!!!

Hey tammy, wow you weren't kidding when you said you were going to be doing a lot of walking today. Well I hope you aren't to sore or tired tomorrow and get dh to help with the kiddos. Thanks so much for being a great friend and supporter to me even though you really don't know me all that well. Its nice to be able to post in my diary and have someone who can support or say nice things to you even when they feel like all they are doing is bringing everyone else around them down by what they post. I feel a lot better today after getting some sleep and reading an email i got from hubby today after the one from him last night made me really upset.

hope you have a great time tomorrow and great job on getting in all that water today i got mine in too. woohooo lets keep this up.

I am in need of groceries BAD and today is a bad day to go get them do to the firework show tonight and parking ect but I am out of my prelude southwestern chicken that I use for my soft tacos and my shredded lettuce had turn brown grrrrr.
My mother N law is grilling out so I am going to stick with chciken or porkchop and veggies.The good thing is is that I AM NOT craving anything or in the mood for anything oh and I figured out on what contirbuted to the 1/2-1 lb prob TOM came today he must knew about the fireworks and all the walking I HAVE to do today haha,I will post menue and walking and water drinking later.:D
 
Morning Tammy!! Boy you really kicked butt on the exercise yesterday!!! I know it wasn't by choice but still 5-7 miles is impressive:D good job! Hope you guys have fun tonight! It sounds neat and I am dying to get out of the house!! My little one is getting better but still coughing so bad:( At least he feels ok:) Have a wonderful Sunday and still one more weekend day!!! I love holidays:D

I have been out and about doing my grocery shopping and it took me 3 hours to hit 2 different stores geeesh.Not much going on I may go see HALLOWEEn I love rob zombie's music and movies :D.
