Wishes I am trying to catch up again I was getting there then I slacked
again but I am back on the ball again.

Geeeesh you ever get something stuck in your head and you can't let go of it well I have been researching our opitions as in selling my house and getting the house around the corner it is so beautiful my house needs lots of upgrades and new windows door flooring ect this house has lot's of upgrades a new kitchen recess lights drywall hardwood flooring 3 bedrooms and a study dining room kitchen 2 bathrooms the yard is big and I would hang out there all day it has a 3 tiered deck with above ground and the deck is built arund it.I am inlove:hug2: heres the downfall,we refinanced about a year and a1/2 filed bankrupcy 2 years ago but I heard you can still do alot even with that so I filled out a preapproved application just to see where we stand ya never know until you ask.Oh I think our house will sell quick being close to the school big yard needs a little work and if ya know how to do the work since we don't it won't cost bunches.This is new to us so I am guessing 1st step is to see if we can get preapproved for another morgage.OK I plan to walk later Tammy

Howdy geeeesh the ti=here isn't enough time in a day sometimes! But I managed a walk to and from practice with 4 kids lol about 2 miles I have ate pretty good today not many calories but I didn't have muuch time.

Wow, that is a low cal big baked potato! I thought a med-lrg baked potato was around 270 cals plain...? Am I wrong, do you have better potatos them me?

I bought these poatoes that say BIGONES and it actually said 110 cals for 1 potatoe so I even added a few cals because there is NOWAY this giganic potatoe that looks like it has been on steroids is only 110 cals lol!Besides to be safe I don't eat the whole thing either I eat a lil over 1/2 which is = to a med size tater.
 
Well I so feel like mucnhing BUT I amnot I had 2 meals and breyers lite sice cream so far to kill the sweet craving I am having.I haven't ate the best NOR exesiced as much as I should be like 2 mile walk is so petty to me because I walked that when I was 230 lbs I should be biking to or dancing or something ontop of the 2 miles unless I upp my walks to 3-5 miles.GRRRRR it gets aggervating sometimes and I really need to get over it already.Some weeks are totally EASY like I can do this forever then other weeks I feel like I miss the out to eating and I don't feel up to walking or anything I think I have some axiety issues and a TAD of depression because I do things I can't explaing like out of the blue I want to sell this house and get a new one because I hate the house same with clothes and anything anymore OMG I sound like BRITNEY SPEARS :rofl::rofl: HAHAH BAD JOKE!

I know what you mean about the mood swings thing. I think it might be hormones or something. I have such an easy time some days...and then some days I have the complete opposite thoughts... like "I just don't care anymore".

I read somewhere that if you eat foods with high fructose corn syrup in them you tend to want to eat more, or feel less satiated...I'll have to find a link to that article, although I thought I read it in a magazine (maybe Fitness). I have those days too, where you could eat the kids if they'd only hold still long enough.

Hope your having a good day. You seem to eat alot of baked potatoes, do you find they fill you up for a while? I may start incorporating more into my food plan, they seem pretty quick to prepare

hmmm now i have a craving. Maybe a walk to the store is in store. lol

Yeah to the potatoe eveyone thinks they are horrible BUT it is how it's prepared I used to eat 1 with a TON of cheese bacon sourcream and butter then I started making them with reduced fat sour and cheese and butterspray and now I can eat 1 with just butter spray and natures seasoning so whatever the poattoe is thats all for cals which the BAG says 110 in compares to them used to be with all the butter cheese ect around 500 cals easily!YES THEY ARE FILLING to so thats another reason I have 1 for LUNCH it's early in the day and they are also GOOD CARBS ;).
Ok it's late and hubby had to last minute work so I dunno about exersicing tonight1I need to try something when the kids are in school but my baby runs around with the lil guy I babysitt and it's hard to.I will figure out a game plan tomorrow I am tired tonight!Tammy
 
Hey Tammy, I love one with some real butter and a bit of light sour cream. In moderation they're not bad at all. Sorry I haven't been around much.
