At least there is the water!! lol That is what I have been saying to myself as well. As you know one day won't kill you. Even 2,000 calories isn't terrible! Not the losing number for sure but you shouldn't gain any weight from that! I know you will get back on track! I am on pins and needles to find out whether fresh air or gossip won out;) lol. Hope you have a great night! and ditto! That's what we are here for :beating:
 
:beating::hug2: awww ty's very much for that.I had some pizza and ice cream tonight grrr :drooling::mad: but I did hop on my stationary bike for 36 minutes 6.2 miles to do a lil damage conrol.The scale has been bouncing between 180-181 anything BUT a GAIN tomorrow I will be satisfied.I have been gulping the water which I love anyway I had 2-64 ozs and 12 oz bottle so 140?I think :doh: Ok better days ahead!!:jump: and thats a promise!

Breakfast
1 bowl of cheerios cluster new cereal fat free milk (200 cals)
Lunch
2 chicken soft tacos loaded with lettuce reduce sour cream and cheese(280 cals)
Snack
breyers lit crunch uce cream stick(170 cals)
Dinner
3 peices of little ceasers pizza :drooling: 290x3 (870 cals)
Snack(like I need 1)
1 breyers lite crunch ice cream (170 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1690 NOT AS HORRID AS I THOUGHT
STATIONARY BIKE 6.2 MILES 36 MINUTES
WATER 140 OZS

Oh I had to mention the little ceasars OMG that used to be my fave pizza and they closed them all down years ago anyway the lil girl next door was selling pizza kits a while ago and I saw it was LC so I ordered 1 and totally forgot until it arrived today before dinner and after practice lol so yeah and yummm!:eek:
 
Hey tammy, pizza is a big weakness for me too. Your menu looks totally yummy and I am not hungry but ice cream sounds so good right now. I guess its cause the news i got from dh tonight makes me want to go crazy... lol he's not totally sure but thinks they are discharing him from the army do to his depression and stuff so i'm not sure we won't know much more until next week sometime when he gets back to fort lewis washington. my whole surprise is going to be ruined... i wanted him to see me at my goal weight not before I got there.... ahh I mean i'm glad he's going to get the help he needs and i totally don't mean to make him feel like i'm not happy but i am just really worried about the whole money issues and health insurance and stuff cause with my asthma and alex's we really can't be without health insurance at all. So anyways sorry to vent to you but i think you would probably understand more then some others. Great job with the water and exercise. i'm planning on getting in at least 15 maybe more tonight since i already did 15 minutes earlier when alex was napping.

WOW!! I don't even understand how you can drink 140 oz of water. Unless you are running in place all day. lol. 102 oz is a lot for me. haha. And I LOVE drinking water.
 
Hey you - im sorry Ive been kinda mia - you ahvent really been online much lately and well ya knwo Im just takin a break all in all - lol - now that my body has a taste of the slowing down it likes it and doesnt really wanna go back to crazy schedules and exercising non stop - baby steps my friend - trying to control my dieting via eating and just being active and doing the 30 mins a day of something...

Lol Brandy I have this cup that holds 64ozs and I sip on that all day and then take frozen waterbottls out when I got to practices ect.
Heather yay hubby is coming home,I bet you are so darn happy I wish you 3 the best!
Cerella good to see ya yeah I am on and off during the week do to kids things going on and trying to exersicie and grocery shop and household chores so not alot of time,I find alot of time updating Friday night good to see ya taking babysteps I take big ones and ppay later when I am eating badly for days at a time I have been slipping up a little but still trying to exersice no matter what.If I eat a whole pie(thich I am not lol)I will make my fat butt go exersice haha.I figured I am having the rest of the pizza for lunch then it is outta here and noway to get nmore because they aren't selling anymore I am a picky pizza eater so I can't just eat any lol.
Well I hope everyone has a nice weekend oh and my weight said 1/2 lb down but it bounced from 180.5 to 181 so I am keeping it the same this week and next week should be 179 OR ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!11:pumpkin::beerchug::argue:

You tell that weight who's boss!!! lol Hope you have a good weekend! I have struggled recently too! We will be fine:) As long as we keep up on exercise!! I really think that is the key and espeicially when we get to trying to maintain!
Of course you could always pick up a tummy flu;) they do wonders lol!
 
You have spectacular motivation. I can see how you may eat badly for days at a time... thats what happens to me. But every time that happens.. i end up quitting the diet and exercise gig. Not this time though. Third times the charm for me. :) Good luck today!!!
 
Hiya Tammy. I'm sorry I've been so scarce lately. Between the cold and school starting I've had a definite lack of time and energy for posting. I'm going to try and change that this week.

Well it's today and I missed my sons game to catch up on some sleep I am feeling a lil guily now but I didn't feel like draggin baby out of bed at 9 AM after staying up to 3 AM so we slept in and DAD took son to his game then we have to go back at 3:30 for my daughters cheerleading so I will be there for tht.I skipped breakfast because we took my mom to chedders lastnight and I had chicken fettuchi and I swear I am still full lol but I made myself 2 healthy chicken tacos for lunch and I am back ontrack now and need to bude the 180's right out the door.The scale said 182 this morning so I need to work really hard to ,lose 3-4 lbs this week to make up for it.Ty for stopping by and CANNON I have been bad about posting in peeps diaries to I mange a couple a day.Have a fantastic SUNDAY everyone and be back later with food and walking totals,Tammy:)

Hey Tammy, I can't remember either like Mishi, If i have told you thank you for putting together this Halloween Challenge. It has motivated me more then you will ever know. Especially with all the craziness surounding the stuff going on with dh right now. :) anyways, thanks.

I'm glad you were able to get some much needed rest and hopefully ds doesn't feel to bad that you missed the game but i'm sure you feel bad just for missing it. I know I went to bed at 2am cause i just couldn't sleep and I did my exercise earlier then normal yesterday. anyways, Glad your back on track. I'm hoping to say goodbye to the 240's when next weeks weigh in happens... which will be awesome if i can make it as I haven't been this low in over 3 years so woohoo on that part. Keep up the great work tammy and talk to you soon, hopefully.

Glad you ended up having a good sunday. If you put your mind to it- I know you can kick those 180's... though i'd KILL to be in the 180's. hahaa. Soon enough though.
