Oh you so have to post pics :). Congrats on keeping the calories in check. Family function can make that awfully tough sometimes.

Hi Tammy!! I am so sorry I haven't been around! You are doing well sticking to your calories even with the not so healthy food! The Kashi cereal sounds interesting! I love the costumes. I like the one on the right as well:) Mostly because of the boots I think;) I hope you have a good week and I will work on popping my head in a bit more:)
 
Good afternonn,
Well I am starting out alot better thanks to Moday's I am more on track,I woke up and had a SOUTH BEACH protein penautbutter cereal bar and for lunch my WW chicken fettuchini with frshe greated parmesian yum and a big 64 oz glass of ICE water :)..I know people are busy on the weekends I just didn't want to bad after all the temptaions at the grill out and only "1"cookie I rely on here sometimes,so I worked on my photo movie I am trying to create and went to bed with a angry growling tummy lol but I am much happier today.
I will be back later with my exersices and full menue,Tammy
 
Morning Tammy..... or maybe it's afternoon. It's about 1:30 so I guess it's afternoon. Everything looks different looking through vampire eyes lol. I gotta stop staying up until sunrise and sleeping until mid afternoon lol.

remember fruits and veggies good.... sugar, chocolate, creamy delicious desserts bad...................

Hi Tammy, Nice choices for costumes. I like the middle one and the one on the right the best. I would really love to be able to fit in something like that but i know i won't this year unless i really kick a$$ and lose a ton of weight. I am just glad i have lost 7.8 lbs since i started here 2 wks ago. It feels great and can't wait for us both to get to our goal weights and see how much better and healtier we are.

Hahaha hmm apple instead of reessee cups,banannah instead of milkshake,grapes instead of cake.....GOTCHA.....:jump: Lol I used
be on those hours and LOVED it until kids now I am on their schedule lol.

I slept in unintentionally today--not real late, but til 8:30. Man my chances to do that are slipping away. Sure is hard to change those cycles :)

Howdy,
WOW I woke up to the nastiest pull up ever.....This boy I babysitt is 3 turning 4 in dec and still poo's in pullup which is understandable I guess BUT he poo's and doesn't tell me and it aggervates me that the other kids tell me before him I don't get mad that he goes in his pull up and has nothing to do with a potty chair it is the fact of not telling me anyhoo he had it down his legg in his shoe so I was going to strip him from the waste down until I saw his shirt up his back on my couch grrrrrrrrrrrrrI had to run him to the tub and strip him down and go from there so thats how my day is starting out.
As far as dieting it has been a breeze once again for me I am eating my cals and even having some of the foods I enjoy just a healthier version or smaller portion!I feel gr8 today is DAY 3 so if I get through this week and weekend I can go all the way.Have a gr8 day all....
