Ok I am awake now lol I get up at 7:30 wait for the 3 kids to show up that I babysitt which they all show up no later than 9am then they watch their shows for a couple and this is where I get my best sleep in it seems,my kids are still asleep the baby is asleep from an allnighter so I crash again from 9-11:30is well today is was noonish lol.I just don't sleep goopd at alll at night anymore.
I am having my baked potatoe with reduced fat sour and cheese and butter spray,the potatoe is kind of enormous so this breakfast and lunch lol.
I am shooting for a walk later if I don't get talked into bingo which I doubt I can go with my daughter having cheerleading practice,my hubby would have to take and pick me up and take and pick up daughter plus this bingo is about 20 minutes away.I NEED MONEY LOL......School starts AUG 15 YAYYYYYYYYIPPPEEEEEEEEEE"DOES A BACKFLIP"""""and I am clothes and back pack ready but I haven't bought a single school supply and I have 3 that are going so 3 supply lists lol.
Ok I will update later,Tammy Poptarts wouldn't be as bad if the cals could be 150 a piece instead of 200 a peice lol.

Tammy...I think somehow we are living the same life, lol You and I both having the daughter in cheerleading and the other one w/ adhd problems..although I think its more aggression w/ mine than adhd...we both need money for school, lol Our school doesn't start till Sept 7! can you believe that?

I'm sorry you havn't been sleeping well hun (me either, but thats another story) are you under stress???

hope you get in that walk today!! i just took mine and i feel GREAT!!
 
Hey ms. Tammy..... well how was today? were you able to fend off the sugar monster? I know you said it calls to you at night and thats about when I get the munchies. I got a protein bar and they should just call it a candy bar with all the carbs sheesh. It was so sickly sweet that it took car of the sweet tooth and it was only like 190 calories. But thats an idea anyhow........

I did good lastnight I had 1 poptart for 200 cals for dinner I wound up having italian spaghetti w/ reduce cheeses and 1 piece of lite garlic bread made by New York The best!!!!

Today weighed in lost 2 lbs should have been 4 if I didn't cheat badly last week and a little this week!I have been craving a milkshake so I ate it for lunch w/ my baked potatoe....

It's a protein bar I picked up last night at walmart. It's by all the slimfast and diet stuff. It's called pure protein. It comes in a six pack box for like 5 dollars and some change. This one is chocolate peanut butter and it didn't taste two bad. looks like a candy bar but but has that protein bar kinda taste but it wasn't that bad and it really killed my sweet tooth. It has 20 grams of protein, 0 trans fat, 2 grams of sugar. A quick run down is 190 calories, total fat 6 grams, it does have some cholesterol at 10mg 230 mg sodium some sugar at 2g but mostly sugar alcohol at 7g then the protein at 20g. Then a long list of vitamins. The only negative I can really see in the sat fat but its not major. Any way it killed my sweet tooth but that was the sugar in it I'm sure. But I had it and not a huge slice of the chocolate cake sitting on the table so it did it's job. This was 190 calories, If I had had the cake with some milk it would have been .......... wow probably tilt lol....
 
Hello Korrie The kids are well being the usual she said he said crap,and yes my son is still throwing toys blah...TY Hilly I will check into them it kind of sounds like something I bought in the past and didn't like the taste yellow box????
My sis N law who had the gastric 2 years ago said she bought something thats YUMMY and high protien made by snickers????Could be interesting.

Today no exersices but I did put a major dent in my cluttered bedrrom about 2 hours worth of moving boxing crap then it took me 1/2 hour to ajust the crib to the lower levele,my son hasn't slept in it since he was about 4-5 months but up into this week he has had the most horrible fits when I close the door to go to bed I mean bloody murder cries for an hour atleast so something has got to give.He used to like his spongebob movie playpen sippy cup routine but not no more lol.

I hear ya about bedtime problems! My 9 yr old has NEVER given us a problem, but this past week we've had 3 days where she'd get up at 4 in the morning and BAWL and jump up and down and beg and carry on for an HOUR about there being strangers in the house...nothing we can do will comfort her. Don't know what I'm gonna do if it keeps up!!

I'm sitting here waiting for hubby to come home. he had an outdoor gig tonight, but its POURING so i'm sure its cancelled! sucks too, we need the money! lol

Well Howdy Hillbilly I am glad to see "someone" visited me :hug2: !!
I had the busyiest day,it was my 3 kids all star game today followed by trophy's,the whole thingwas from 1-4 and it was "HOT" so we went back to my sis N laws to swim and grill out!!My calories over all were good but not healthy foods,well sorta lol I swam and did 15 minutes of dancing and arm exersices.M y sis in Law showed me a good workout for the flabby arms and upper back.

1/2 nannah the 1/2 was brownish blah(50 cals)

1 chochlate lovers cookie (180 cals)YES ONLY 1 AND IT WASN'T HARD YAY!
TOTAL CALS 1080 wow thought it would have been way more.
EXERSICE swimming splishing and a splasing - an hour Dancing and arm exersices 15 minutes
