Good afternoon gals and gents.Well I lost "3"lbs since Monday,I am going with weigh in days on FRIDAY again.I guess that is a pretty good start altho if I would have tolerated the shakes for 2 days I may have just pulled off the 7 lb loss it claims but oh well I am happy with 3.
KORRIE I think it is easier the one thing tho it doesn't get your heartrate going like the eliptical and it probally ='s the same except you have to maybe bike longer to = less time on the eliptical? I got mine through 7th ave I pay $15 a month or $20 hubby pays so I can't remember but that was the only way I could afford something like that and the bike is the kind you sit back on (comfy)with the wide seat with a back to it.It has the calorie miles mph speed and odmeter on it I think I payed $249.

TOTAL CALS 1320 STILL NOT BAD EVEN WITH THE BAD DINNER NO EXERSICE BESIDES GOING UP 5 FLIGHTS STAIRS

Tammy - my friend - girl ya know it is funny it seems like Ive been through so much with you and yet we havent been in contact for a very long time and only know eachother from here...but seriously you feel like one of my friends that have been at my side all this time with everything...I really truly value your support and encouragement and love how you care...Your an awesome chicky!!!

Ok I put up a lil sruggle but I managed 15 minutes don't know how many calories because the digatal don't work I also dod 3 miles on stationary bike so 25 minutes of exersicing so maybe that will help work off some of the bad crap I ate!

I hated what the scale this morning but once again my fault I ate so much
fatty food I guess it was too bad for a lil exersice to fix.191 AGAIN I will take care of it! I have to lose the 2 + something for the week by Friday.
I can tell my spare spare tire is getting bigger you would think and EYE OPENER!!Ok gonna have a better day,totday is a new day (HILLY) so gonna craw back out the hole again Have a lovely day Tammy
 
Hey girl I know it's a hard thing. When you're in a house with kids there is always no-no foods around. Thats why I'm on here so much; it keeps the snack demons away. I'm always around if you just wanna talk to keep your mind off the munchies. As far as the day to day stuff you just have to try your best........ boy it really takes everything I have lol...... No worries.

As always you're not alone........... :beerchug:
 
Hey stranger :)

Weekends are tough. I struggle at times myself when I'm dieting. If there isn't too much going on around me, I can stick with the plan 7 days per week. If things are hectic around me, taking away my ability to concentrate on diet..... I adjust for this.

By that, I mean I will cut my cals during the week even lower b/c I know I will make up for the more "extreme" deficit come the weekend. It's worked for me.

You just have to make sure the important variables remain in check no matter what day of the week it is....
 
Howdy everyone,Thank you bunches Hilly glad to know there are people in the same boat who care.STEVE good to see ya and weekend s anymore throw me off so bad that I struggle through the week,I remeber going 3-4 weeks at a time with no bad cheat days I would have a treat but not all day,I really need to keep myself busy out of the house on the weekends and that will help alot.I used to play cards swim ect but latley eveyones been working or doing their own thing.
Ok enough of the same old song and dance back to reality I would like to very much so meet my goal of 165 by HALLOWEEN and 155 by CHRISTMAS and according to FITDAY I need to lose 1.7 lbs a week and that is a healthy amount to lose and I know if I keep my butt in gear I can lose a little more the 1st couple weeks back..Off to finish cleaning I plan to walk my dog when hubby gets home with my oldest they went to KINGS ISLAND to do the rollercoaster thing and I don't do those so I chose cleaning lol.

1 piece fried chicken breast (400 cals)mac cheese small serv(80 cals)3 tater skins(300 cals)I swear it didn't look like alot until I did the math lol(780 cals)

1 /3rd piece of hershey pie(175 cals)
TOTAL DAMAGE 1450 WOW still not a total loss of a day I plan to walk and crunches and no more food lol Tammy

The calories don't look too bad.... How many do you shoot for in a day?
 
yea, i agree w/ HBL..your cals didn't look bad, 1400 is nothing to get upset about! You guys seem to do the kings island thing alot...do you live close?

you can totally do 1.7 pds a week!! You did 3 last week! Heres to another great week Tammy!!!
 
Tammy I do that all the time; I eat a 300 calorie breakfast and when I add it up it's 530.....ouch.

The calories don't look too bad.... How many do you shoot for in a day?


I like to keep it around 1200 calories the problem I had with yesterdays cals were no veggies and it was mainly BAD cals such as greasy and heavy carbs!!The scale also didn't agree with my choices sodium and greese blah....191
again!Anyway I hope today is a better day.
KORRIE I live about 20 minutes from Kings Island we get passes every year kids love it I enjoy the waterpark but I hate anything high and fast lol.
CERELLA I have done went through 5 feather dusters lateley but I will keep on dusting lol.

1200 calories ok it's time for some walmart chicken, some fresh veggies and fruit. Cottage cheese if you like that. A low calorie dipping sauce for chicken or fish is light sour cream, lime or lemon juice, chili powder, salt and pepper. works as a good mayo substitute as well. 1200 ain't much so we just have to be creative...........................
 
One bad day that wasn’t reallllly a bad day and one terrific day sounds good to me, housework (yuck) looks like the house work fairies don’t come and clean your house for you either (lazy little buggers).
1.7 you will blitz it love.
