I may be a lil grumpy but my BEACHBODY 2 DAY FAST FORMULA SHAKE came today and I am starting it in the morning so this means no foods just a shake for Break/Lunch/Dinner and you can have 100% juice and room tempature water.So I can do it for 2 days I may not be the happiest lol!
But it cleanses you put's vitamans into your body kills cravings and you can lose up to 7 lbs it reccomends NOT to exersice except for lite like walking because the shakes are 100 cals so thats 300 cals per day for 2 days.

Be careful and don't do it long.......by the way it's gonna be a long 2 days...................

Well I have had 2 shakes so far and 1 more to go for dinner I do not feel hungry at the moment and it is only for 2 days to better ready you for a workout program and you are suppose to feel better and ect.
Yeah I miss the whole making and eating food but 2 days isn't long.It is only
1:12 lol. I feel this is a great jump start and beachbody is a good well know name.It says you can do this once a month but I probally won't need or want to. So not a whole lot to post I may go for a short walk because I can't do too much with low cals.

SNACK
glass aple juice 100 %(80 cals)

Hi hon!! Ok I am going to be a pain in the booty but 300 calories in shakes is way to little!! I just don't think this kind of quick diet thing is good for you! or good for anybody IMO!!! by the end you are going to be hungry! Your body is going to be hungry and no way are nutritional requirements met with those shakes! I know it's only a few days but I am thinking it is going to up your cravings and you are going to be hungrier and craving more in the long run!!! You are so good at fixing healthy meals for yourself and you were kicking ass with the 1200-1300 cal menues you used to do. I know you want a jump start but if it is detrimental later I don't think it's worth it!!
Ok the rant is over:) I want you to be successful and healthy... or else it just isn't worth it! I am so glad your first couple of days is going well! Your kids are adorable (as always:)) Your little one is getting so big! And your little cheerleader is precious:) All of them are!! You are very blessed to have such a great family!! I am so family minded now with my new wonderful husband to be:D (no ring yet but there will be;) ) he he he. Hope you are having a good day!! :hug2:

Thank you Mish I understand your concern,but like I sia dit is for 2 days only also I may just stick it out today and we'll see about tomorrow,but the important reason isn't for a quick fix it is a cleansing and also it put's nutrients and vitamans and gets ya ready for a great workout plan and healthy eating style.I'll be back and post what it is I will go copy and paste BRB!Tammy

I am so skeptical of so many things! It sounds interesting but so did phentermine and Atkins. lol. Hey Mish your my friend and I value your telling peeps how it is!!I to have been doing that and it's gr8!I am skeptical to but I must admit I AM NOT HUNGRY weird but you mentioned adkins,phen,ect all those are longer than 2 days?I believe in a good cleansing and I am hoping this is it.We will see....enjoy your day Tammy
 
I think cleanses are great! I mean it's only 2 days, it's not gonna kill ya! it's not like you're taking that forever instead of food or anything. I also think it's a great way to make you feel like you're starting fresh! Good luck on it :)
 
OK I ate food BUT it was good food. So here it goes

3 serv egg beaters 2% cheese and canadian bacon (in a bag)w/ 1 peice of lite wheat toast(180 cals)
1 Mini bottle sunny D (100 cals)
SNACK
1 Breyers ice cream sand 1/2 sugar(130 cals 1.5 fat)
NEW TOTAL CALORIES 610 Walked about 1/2 mile the air mass is so non breathable and after being out in it from 6-8 for my kids double header thats all I am up for.Tammy

Lemmie know how it works out for you. Im in the opinion 300 calories is WAY to little and you will only ending up burning off excess water and muscle mass (because there is no way there is enough protien in that (at max 60g) to feed what you have.
Though its only for 2 days, ... :)

Howdy everyone,TY Wishes & Griff lol @ outlaws! Well since
I have enough for 4 shakes left I am going to use 1 to replace
breakfast like every other day it says even if you replace 1 meal
with a shake it will do the body good,I miss my food too much to
replace every meal!!
I forgot to mention I almost had a binging episode last night I went to the store and bought TGI fridays cheese sticks and italian spaghetti w/ bread sticks to make for dinner the next night also peanutbutter chich chip cookies oh and bake potatoes geeeesh what was I thinking I didn't eat any of it the thoughts of 190's were going through my head I don't want to be this heavy!!!So I am making some of the food for my kids lunch!

My Menue
BREAKFAST
1 mini cinnamon raison bagle w/ reduced fat cream cheese (150 cals)
LUNCH
1 bake potatoe 120+FF sour C 30+2%chedder50 +spraybutter 0+baconbits 25 total (225 cals)(it is filling)
SNACK
breyers ice cream sandwhich (130 cals)
DINNER
1 weight watchers chicken fettachinni (340 cals)
3 servs mixed veggies(110 cals)
SNACK
1-100 cal pk popcorn (100 cals)
grapes (60 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1110 Geesh I loaded up my menue and it is still a lil on the low side

lol @ cerella..yea, i know! that lady really works it huh?? geez! Theres no way i could do the workout she does! I'm panting after a few min's on the elliptical!

Anyways, good for you on not eating that junk!!! i'm proud of you!!

OK OK Update NO ELIPTICAL BUT I got this boost of energy and drug my stationary bike out into the livingroom so I can watch TV and did 5.5 miles in 27 minutes totaling 271 calories burned and then I did 5 minutes in arm weights and 75 crunches.
We are having some bad thunderstorms off and on all day and night so I hopped on the 1st exersice oppurtunity so I can get it in.
WOOHOO I feel gr8!!Tammy
 
Man, i need to get a bike! Is it easier than the elliptical??? that thing KILLS ME! lol!!
