Lol Wishes that would be nice and I hope your phychic abilities are
accurate lol.Thank you Pinky,I think because of the different routine I did
yesterday I manged to maintain,the scale said 175 so I have until Friday to hopefully work off another lb or 2,I can't wait.
Well I switched up a little I drank me a strawberry optima slimfast for breakfast,I am going to do that so I get my breakfast and vitamans in for the day,I even made me a couple drinks up ahead of time,the powder mixed with your own skim milk taste much better then the ones made up already.
I am only using the drinks for breakfast I am still going to have lunch dinner and my 2 snacks.Ok heres to a good day***TAMMY***:)

I am making my hubby for dinner potatoes carrots and steak I take a deep soup pan and mix all together and add this "pot roast sean packet alo0ng with natures seasoning and an onion cut up and let it slow cook for about 4 hours then I take the steak out and cut it up and fry it with an onion and steaksauce it is sooo yummy BUT I am just going to have a samll serving of the potatoes and a big serving of carrots and some steak with 1 tbsp A1 yummmy.

LUNCH
A plain bake potatoe butter spray & natures seasoning(120 cals)YAY no sour cream or cheese go me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SNACK
1 southbeach peanutbutter choch chip snack bar(100 cals)
Snack
watermelon (92 cals)guessing I know its low I had 4 triangles
DINNER
6 ozs steak with 1 TBS A1 (360 CALS) potatoes carrots and mxed veggies (180 cals)
SNACK
apple (100 CALS)
TOTAL CALORIES 1110 A FEW OFF BUT GEEESH LOOK AT ALL THE FOOD I ATE
PLANNING ON A NICE WALK WHEN HUBBY GETS OFF WORK

Hi Tammy! God I have been out of action for awhile it seems! lol It's only been 3 days but so much to catch up on! I love the new pics. You are looking so great and your legs are dynamite!! I love the new outfit too:) I can see such a huge difference in your face!! It is amazing! 175 is unbelievable!! I can't wait to see Fridays results! I am looking forward to seeing you in the 160's!! You are so close and have done so well the last 2 weeks. I am cheering for you!!!
I like the idea of the slim fast shake in the morning. I have thought about it recently too but not sure if I want to do it yet. However I did take a page out of your book with the nutrition bar... for me it's the south beach diet bars. 140 cals and 10 grams of protein!!!! They are awsome right before a workout!!!! You are doing so well with your calories!!! yay!!! :hug2: I get inspired when I see you come back and kick butt!

Thank you Mish, Well I walked about 4 miles tonight,instead of walking just the floodwall I walked from my house to the floodwall which is 1/2 mile to and from then the floodwall is 3 miles itself,I must say I feel good.The watermelon was awesome I had 3 big triangles.I noticed buying a whole 1 and cutting it down yourself taste much better than buying the presliced ones from the produce section.I also stopped by my moms house for a 30 minute tanning bed tan lol I was getting lighter again.Ok well tomorrow is Tuesday geeeeeesh help 7 kids again!!!!!!!!BUT next week the mom of 2 of them are going on vaction for the week woohoo.Tammy

with a dab of boredism! My hubby has to work 1-11 so I have to workout
indoors and I may even hit the treadmill and get my milelage over and done
with.My eating has been going gr8.I bought some of these mini boxes of cereal of honey bunches of oats they were 2 for $1 and I loved that they were portioned because I can get carried away with a box of cereal and fool myself into saying "yeah thats a serving size lol".Well I will update my exersice later.
BREAKFAST

1 turkey sandwhich w/2% swiss cheese and mustard(200 cals)

I just started this thing today and I have to say you have lost a lot of weight. I need to lose about 48 pounds and your posts inspire me. I mean if I see people who are doing really good with their weightloss, it makes me feel like I can do it to.

Ok I did 3.5 miles on my stationary bike (15 minutes)I did scissors
squats jumproping and spent a 1/2 hour of digging the ground just to set
up a kiddie pool thats 120x120 and about 2 feet deep geesh all this
wrok I my as well invest in a big pool lol.So I sweat and worked out for over an hour!

UPDATE I got bored so I called up my sis and took my kids out for a walk it totaled 3 miles+ we walked to the floodwall and walked to the mile mark and back.

Your workouts are GREAT. Next time you're in my diary, would you mind giving me your tuna casserole recipe? lol It looks real YUM.
Mr. Freezie pops are those long different flavored thingys you put in the freezer and they're only 100 calories each. Not the healthiest of snacks, but in the summer I do like my Mr. Freezie Pops and DQ fudge bars! lol

You must be feeling a lot of energy from all that exercise!
 
why did you dig to set up the pool? was the ground not flat or something? or is it just meant to be buried?

We have a nice big pool that sits on the ground but only if its flat. Its great for the kids in summer!

Wishes we have moles in our yard need I say more.Lol I
have moved this pool to parts of the yard that look flat until I start
to fill up the pool then 1 side is up to the top of your calves and the
other side your ankle such a big hassle BUT it is going to be 90 tomorrow
so thats why I am messing with it again.I tried to dig and levle the ground
a little.It's full now and not as lopsided lol.
Well I had a late night craving of chciken pattie sand and ramen noodles I made it ate a little over 1/2 then felt bad and threw the rest away. I am hoping I learned my lesson now geeeesh.I am making the SACRED HEART
SOUP today not for the 7 day diet but just to snack on something hot and healthy when I feel I need to eat late or anytime for that matter.I also bought more watermelon for snacking.We'll see how it goes.2 days until weigh in and I feel I may have screwed up with that eating at 11PM and especially after I did lots of extra exersices yesterday!Well have a nice day Tammy
 
Hi Tammy! God I have been having a terrible time with late night cravings. I think if I went to bed at like 9 or 10 I would be ok but I get hungry for dinner so early these days (4pm) and then I just have this long haul until bed! It drives me crazy! I have been trying to spread dinner out but it is hard! I chowed 3 bowls of cereal and then ice cream last night!!! sigh. Still on track for exercise but geez! Healthy soup sounds like a great plan. I am trying to work salads in for late night snacks! Hope you have a great day!!

Thank you Mish I am hoping the soup will help because no matter how hard
I try I can't get a bite of salad down. It's the crunchy lettuce and raw carrots I hate lol that pretty much is the salad haha......Goodluck with the latenight cravings and if you find the secret out let me know.I also have been eating my dinner around 4:30-5:00 and by 9-10:30 I want another meal and sometimes a low cal snack won't do the trick.
I am planning to walk to my kids baseball game tonight and walk home as well that she be around 2 and 1/2 miles.

No way! I can't believe anything but a drink can be calorieless!!! Your menue sounds good today! I haven't figured out the snack thing but if you can break your dinner up into pieces and have them at different times then that sort of works.... of course I lean to ice cream or cereal for the late night snacking:( can't ever crave the healthy stuff lol! Have a good night!
 
Ok I did good today I had 3 bites of my sones ice cream cone it was 1
of those nut sundae cones and he had the pointy part left because he
was full and it was 3 bites and thats it besides my menue I posted!
Here it is 11:18 PM and I am so craving everything so I am going to bed!
NO LATENIGHT EATING HERE...................TAMMY
