Yep Dari finally 175 again.....Ok well I took my hubby's bike on the
floodwall and rode 3 miles,this was my 1st REAL bike ride.It wasn't
bad at all just my booty hurt so bad the seat is so uncomfy.
I had some fries and a chicken sandwhich tonight yeah
those craving's then I had about 7-9 bites of ben and jerrys
cookie dough ice cream.Well atleast I prepared the food at home and
it wasn't any drive through.But nomore I don't want to screw up my
progress again.

My menue
3 serv egg beaters w/ ff cheese(150 cals)
Lunch
1 cheese sandwhich FF cheese on lite wheat bread w/ mustard(190 cals)
SNACK
15 BAKED LAYS SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE CHIPS(75 CALS)
Dinner
1 piece chicken breast w/ baked potatoe lowfat cheese reg sour cream(475 cals)
SNACK
Mixed veggies (75 cals)

LATE NIGHT ""NO NO"
1 tyson chciken pattie on bread w/ cheese and lite mayo(420 cals)
fries(200 cals)eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek
1 serv ben jerry (200 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1,895 WOW WAY OVER....RODE BIKE 3 MILES ON (5)
 
Ok I had a great day I walked 2 miles and this time all the hilly streets then went str8 to Angelas and swam for a couple hours and walked around pool lol I left hubby with the 3 kids I babysit plus our 4 hahaha :jump: ...

Ok off to the good news I weighed in at 175 so I lost another 3lbs.....I have done good for 2 weeks and this is usually where I screw up,so I am going to watch out this weekend.I worked to hard to get back to the 170's again.Now on to 160's.

Excellent Tammy - I have a bike but I am too afraid to ride it lol...I dont want ppl to see me jsut like jogging and such...I know hoefully I will get over that soon...heh heh heh but ive been t hinking abt using the exercise bike again...but i have the same problem it hurts my ass
 
Ok I made my famous "tuna caserole the kids love it and we call it
"mommy's noodles" lol if we say the word tuna 2 of my kids won't eat it
anyhoo I wanted a big bowl so I made the whole thing reduced fat except
the egg noodles because they wouldn't have ate it if the noodles were brown as in "wheat" it was good and I am figuring it was about 400 cal's for a decent size bowl.I had a weight watcher's toffee crunch ice cream only 110 cals for 1.Today is my off day as far as exersice goes but I am going to contiue to watch my calories and maybe have a few extra so 1400 is my goal today. 1 WW Toffee crunch ice cream (110 cals)
1/2 peanutbutter sand NO jelly(85 cals)
1 Southbeach chese pizza(340 cals)
1 southbeach peanutbutter choch chip (100 cals)
2 marshmellows well done over a fire (50 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1135 WOW I thought I was over Exersice NOTTA day off

Lol it was cuite my son made me a marshmello over a fire then my daughter made me 1 I had to say I was full or they would have kept coming and they were so yummmmy,Tammy

Good job on reaching 175 :) I'm sure with your drive you'll surpass it in no time :D

I think the whole 'mommy's noodles' thing is sooo funny. I'm glad you can get them to eat it without them knowing what it is ;) Kids, too silly, lol.
 
Well I went ahead and "FORECED" myself to workout indoors cuz hubby has to work 2-11 and it's and hour drive so too late for me to walk,I jogged through my house for 5 minutes jumpropped for a few minutes because kiddy jumpropes aren't made for adults lol I danced for 10 minutes and did 3.2 miles on my stationary bike oh and 20 girly pushups 15 squats and scissors for abs.
So I hope that did it,it totalled about 40 minutes.
Ok I am sharing 2 pictures my daughter took I bought this outfit at whare else WALMART lol and I love showing off my fake tatts a dolphin bracelet around my forarm and a butterfly on my neck lol. :jump:

Oh yeah and my legs are starting to look more fit somewhat!Still need more work especially form the waist up lmao..........Tammy

Sunday's Menue
1 sm apple(100 cals)
1 smaller bowl tuna caserole(350 cals)
1 piece lemon pepper chicken breast (200 cals)
2 serv's mixed veggies(70 cals)
1/2 bake potatoe w/reduced sour and fat free sour butter spray(190 cals)
1 slimfast peanutbutter cookie bar snack(120 cals)
1 peanutbutter spoon(90 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1170 EXERSICES 40 MINUTES(3.2 miles stationary bike)jogging 5 minutes in my house lol scissors squats pushups dancing jumproping
 
Ok Ok add some more calories!!I had a chicken breast patty on a lite bun w/ cheese and mayo and a pk of ramen noodles oooops not again must double up the exersice.
chicken patty +180 lite bun 70 cals+ cheese 90+ mayo 100+ramen noodles
190 cals NEW TOTAL 1800 EVEN BAD BUT NOT HORRIBLE
