Dinner weight watchers fettachini(320 cals)mixed veggies(80 cals)
Snack(peanutbutter sand on wheat(170 cals)
TOTAL CALS 1370 No exersices my back is killing me feels like I have
been stabbed!:mad:
 
Hi niapage,
do not skip breakfast! Your body needs energy to start working, plus remember that we burn calories digesting so if you have a 100 calories breakfast you'll burn 150 digesting and you'll end up with 50 more burned calories... :)

Thank you all and I usually don't miss breakfast but lately
I have been chosing that an extra 2 hours of sleep while
2 of the kids I watch are in preschool and my baby sleeps
lol.I do miss my breakfast so I will start grabbing a meal opn
the go bar atleast if I dont feel like eggs,Tammy:)
 
OK well I didn't have breakfast again the kids had no school and I got to sleep until 11am woohoo.I got up made everyone lunch and then I headed out to shovle which by the way anyone know how many calories you burn doing that I shovled for like 20 minutes non stp then salted this was a snow/ice mixed very hard to shovle,we are getting another 3 inches when then temp dropps today OH JOY!

Breakfast--sleep
Lunch 1 healthy made turkey sandwhich on wheat w/ mustard and a 100 cal bag of baked cheetos(280 cals 6 fat)
Snack apple (100 cals 0 fat)peanut butter(90 cals 5 fat)
Dinner chicken breast lemon pepper baked 1 bake potatoe FF Cheese and sour cream mixed veggies(400 cals 6 fat)
Snack weight watchers cookie doe sundae(150 cals 4 fat)
TOTAL CALORIES 1110
EXERSICE 20 minutes of shovling icey snow I will report more later

I AM REALLY WATCHING MY FOODS AT THIS POINT I AM 193 NOW GAINED ANOTHER SO THATS IT.............................................................. : + (
 
hey tammy, i see you're traying really hard, and that is what counts. just look at your ticker...63lbs lost. that is amazing :D so cheering for you (and cerella :))
have a great day...and btw i think shoveling snow is a great exercise :)

To be as exact as we can be in these things, shoveling snow (person about your size) burns 90 kcal/10 minutes. So 20 minutes makes 180 burned and if the snow keeps on landing on your property you'll be the fittest of us all. It's really a well-balanced workout. ;)

Howdy everyone! Thank you everyone for the calorie info and the
HAPPY/V/D!:) Hey Mal I restareted taking my multi vitaman so I
think thats good with the heart.We went out to eat I had potatoe
soup and 2 dinner rolls (750 cals)I will be back in the exersice world
tomorrow as soon as my period lets up I am exsperiencing unusual bad
back pain and heavy heavy flow so no eliptical today but by day 3 I am usually ready to go.

Breakfast 1 bowl special K 2 % milk(160 cals)
Snack egg sub w/low fat cheese and canadian bacon(180 cals)
Lunch and dinner(Ocharlies potatoe soup and dinner rolls(750 cals)
Snack apples and peanutbutter(190 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1200 ROUNDED OFF.......NO EXERSICES :eek:

Good morning Tammy! I amtired of not losing good also. My weight yoyo's so much. I think Wed. I am going to start a cleanse and see if that will jump start me for a while. Hope all is well for you!!:)
