Hey Mal I restareted taking my multi vitaman so I
think thats good with the heart.We went out to eat I had potatoe
soup and 2 dinner rolls (750 cals)I will be back in the exersice world
tomorrow as soon as my period lets up I am exsperiencing unusual bad
back pain and heavy heavy flow so no eliptical today but by day 3 I am usually ready to go.
Breakfast 1 bowl special K 2 % milk(160 cals)
Snack egg sub w/low fat cheese and canadian bacon(180 cals)
Lunch and dinner(Ocharlies potatoe soup and dinner rolls(750 cals)
Snack apples and peanutbutter(190 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES 1200 ROUNDED OFF.......NO EXERSICES
